"Shh, it'll happen soon," he waved a hand next to you as if brushing you off, "and if you're cold— you could've said something earlier" he reached out to pull you into a back hug.

You froze, a little flustered.

"Look!" He pointed up at the sky.

Slowly yet surely you saw as a shadow covered the moon more and more from its left. "Wow" you let out. It looked really beautiful.

"Cool right?" Tsukishima giddily grinned, seeing as you liked the view too. You nodded your head yes as he hugged you tighter.

You found it adorable when Kei geeked out over such things; he didn't do it often, but when he did, you made sure to listen intently to every little thing he had to say.

Most of the time he excitedly explained things you didn't understand at all, but seeing the small dimples on his cheek appear every time he smiled while speaking about that stuff made it all worth it.

"How long till it turns red?"

"Oh, not until at least another hour" he stated.

"WHAT–"

You both chuckled after some silence. 

"You know, I remember before we started dating, I'd always compare you to the moon" he suddenly admitted.

Your interest was peaked, "how come?"

"Cause you're round and big."

"BOY—"

"Just kidding, just kidding" he laughed, arms outstretched in front of him for protection since you basically pounced out of his hold.

"Mhm" you raised an eyebrow at him, going back as to how you were standing before.

"Actually, you reminded me of the moon because you're very bright and beautiful" he quietly let out, you slightly turned your head his direction.

He was still looking up at the moon, "I think that's why I love the moon so much"

"Kei, why are you getting all sentimental and sappy" you comepelyy turned to face him and shyly smiled.

"Sorr—" you cut him off with a hug, which he gladly returned, tightly squeezing you in an embrace.

"You remind me of a donkey" you muffled into the hug.
