This is the real stuff. When you know you've found The One. Not a clinger, a stalker, a whiner, a drama queen, an overly-popular girl, or just a needy girl. She's sweet, kind, charming, and whatever else you like about her. Even when you mess up,she'll be there for you. Love her for who she is. Never try to change a perfect girl. We all have flaws, y'know!
You might fluff everything up and want to curl up and die, but she'll come back for ya. Nothing can stop true love. Not even an angry Ex or nosy family. You guys better be pretty wonderful if you've come this far together. ☺️

School was out. Summer vacation had started, and Ollie was fantasizing about the many sunlit hours he had spent with Gabi. Stephanie still gave him nightmares, and Roberta still made him shake with anger, but Gabi had only made him feel happy inside. Like a cheerful, wonderful, laughing, sun-filled balloon was expanding in his chest. Every day he spent with her was like his small piece of Heaven for Ollie to cling onto. But Gabi was never coming back. She had lost her phone and was too far away to get a one. They didn't know each other's addresses to send letters, and they didn't know each other's new numbers anyway. Ollie had been despairing for days into the summer, when one day, his mom called home down from his room with possibly the biggest, cheesiest, most obvious giveaway smile the world has ever seen. She told home that they were taking his little sister Lucy and his brother Benji out for a day at the park. Ollie swallowed hard. This was the same park that he and Gabi spent most of their dates at. "Sure", he replied. "Whatever."

Ollie's mom was just driving down the road into the park parking lot at about 5:34. Lucy and Benji jumped out of the car to the playground, and Ollie's mom accompanied them. Ollie sort of wandered around the pavement surrounding the lake, when he got a tap on the shoulder. He turned around, about to ask what his mother needed, when he practically flew to Canada. (practically).
Someone was standing behind him, wearing a pale yellow T-shirt with a daisy pattern on it, along with soft denim shorts with white grass-stained flip-flops. She had medium length dark brown hair, and deep blue eyes. Her whole face was light up with the happiest smile ever. Ollie threw his arms around Gabi, and Gabi returned the hug quickly. "I've missed you so much!", cried Gabi. "Me too.", replied Ollie. "Shall we take a walk?", said Gabi. But Ollie suddenly remembered something, and told Gabi he'd be right back. He ran over to his mom and Gabi's mom, and gave them a bone-crushing hug.(in a good way) "Thank you", whispered Ollie. The mothers just smiled and waved him over to Gabi. "You have some important buissness to attend to, young man.", said Gabi's mother. Ollie grinned, and walked back to Gabi. "How about that walk?", he said. Gabi and Ollie wandered off through the park, over to the place were they shared so many sweet hours together, and Ollie finally realized. He had been searching aimlessly. He knew the girl who would be his one true love the whole time. And that girl, was standing next to him. Her hand linked with Ollie's, her Hedwig necklace twinkling in the sunshine.

The End.
