chapter eight

chapter eight.

Bo and and ran into the ER.

Neither had slept much since marlena disappeared along with john.

hope saw marlena immediately and ran right over to her, engulfing her in a hug.

"Oh my god!, thank god, you're ok.

hope said as she started to cry.

We were both so worried, hope told her friend.

"I know, I know and I'm sorry.

marlena said as she hugged hope back, happy to be reunited with her best friend.

"Don't apologize sweetie" said bo said as he hugged her as well.

"It's not your fault and i  just can't believe that kristen would do something like this, bo said to his friend.

"I know, marlena said softly.
"How's john?, asked hope.

the doctor says he'll be fine,
They're just taking the bullet out, giving him some stitches, and then a blood transfusion.

He's in surgery now, they want to keep him here for a few days for observation and then to administer antibiotics because he probably is going to develop an infection, But he'll be fine.

marlena told both of her friends.

"Yes, he will be, said bo.

where is kristen?, hope asked her friend.

she going to a mental hospital and get som help and Stefano is going to jail, marlena told her friends.

Okays, good, hope said.

h…ow, marlena said as she grabbing her abdomen.

"What's wrong?, asked bo.

"No, it's nothing, I've just been getting stress cramps since john passed out, marlena told her friend.

"What?, Did Dr. Cooper look at you yet?, asked hope

"No, not yet, I've been waiting to see how john is, marlena told her friend.

"marlena!, you could be in labor!" exclaimed bo.

"Don't be ridiculous, marlena scoffed.

All the sudden, a puddle appeared at marlena's feet.

"Maybe you're not being ridiculous… marlena said to bo as her eyes widening.

A few minutes later, marlena is laying in a bed as her contractions hit, hope holding her hands and counting the time between contractions.

"I need john here!, he's going to miss his own kid's birth, marlena cried out.

"Shh, it'll be ok and I'm here, hope said to her friend.

meanwhile.

john woke up feeling very groggy after the surgery.

"Lexie?, john questioned when he saw her standing over him.

john?, Lexie questioned in surprise.

"You were supposed to be out of it for a few more hours!, she told him.

"Where's marlena?, john asked.

"Shh, she's fine, john you need to rest because you just got out of surgery.

We removed a bullet from your left shoulder, Lexie said to him.

"How's the baby?, john askedas he felt his sore body protest any movements he made.
