"who was that boy?" his father asked in a stern tone.
"he's my friend minho" jisung told him.
"jisung don't lie to me, you know what happened when you lie." he said.
"i-im not lying he's just a friend." jisung said avoiding his eyes.
his father walked towards him pulling bye the arm to jisungs room.
"honey! wait no please! he just a boy!" his mother cried trying to stop his father.
"d-dad please I'm begging you please dont"
jisung shot up from his sleep.
he woke up to minho and Felix shaking him awake.
"ji! are you okay!!?" Felix asked.
minho looked at him with a very confused and serious look "sungie why we're you screaming and crying in you sleep?" minho asked pulling him into a hug.
"crying?" jisung said touching the tears on his face.
"o-oh it must have just been a nightmare is all" jisung half told them the truth.
"okay as long as your good now" minho said letting go of jisung.
jisung often had nightmares of his father, he wasn't a very kind man.
he would hit jisung.
his father was very homophobic and would insult jisung for liking the same gender.
his mother on the other hand was more supportive but still incourged jisung to not make his father angry, which frustrated jisung.
"I'm really alright you guys don't worry about me." he said with a reassuring smile.
"you guys should probably head home it's getting late you know" he told both of them.
"all right ji, take a shower and get some rest well see you soon okay?" Felix said dragging minho out with him.
"oh are you boys leaving?" jisungs mother said coming out of her room.
"yes, we are thank you for having us here!" Felix said while minho stayed silent.
"well it's always nice to have you felix, and it was nice meeting you minho." she said turning back to go to her room.
"goodbye!" Felix said still leading minho around.
"is jisung really going to be okay?" minho asked felix.
"I don't know minho. I hope he will be. " Felix told him.
jisungs mother waited for the two boys to leave before heading into jisungs room.
"ji?" she said softly opening the door.
"yea?" he said quickly wiping his tears.
"oh.... come here ji, it's alright..." his mother said bringing him into a hug.
jisung broke down. he hasn't cried this much since the last boy he liked.
"i-im scared" jisung toks his mother.
"I know ji feelings can be scary but some things can be even scarier." she said to him.
"don't worry Ill still love you no matter what hapends." she told jisung letting go of him.
"promise?" he said
"promise" she reassured him.
