Wiz: Unfortunately so. You see: when we sleep, this is quite rare mind you, but it IS possible to have a visit from a Dream Demon when we sleep.
Boomstick: These jerks basically invade people's dream and basically KILL them from within them. Freddy Krueger Style. Have fun sleeping at night now.
Wiz: But don't worry, for there is a special breed of warrior within the realm of dreams that help to battle these Demons. They are the Dream Keepers, people who go into the realm of dreams to deal with such invaders.

Boomstick: And due to how old it is, it's understandable that they have incredible strict rules, to prevent certain demons from exiting into the REAL World! You can only imagine how horrifying it would be to dream up being chased by giant Rapier Wasps, only for SAID swarm to appear outside your house. Wouldn't know WHAT to do if that to do if that happened to Grandpappy Boomstick....
Wiz: And THAT is why they're in the Dream World, to prevent such things from happening. As such a thing would lead the real world to absolute chaos.
