Chapter 22

When Lily woke up the next morning she was met with loving, green eyes that looked down at her and a kind, gentle smile.

"Good morning sunshine, how are you feeling?" Ryan asked calmly and put a lock of her hair behind her ear. Lily stretched to see if anything was hurting, and she smiled happily when she noticed that the pain she had felt before was almost gone. Of course she was still sore, but it was nothing compared to the pain she had to endure earlier.

"I'm feeling great actually, thank you for asking." She said and sat up and put her hands up in the air to stretch again only to remember that she was naked. She quickly grabbed the blanket and held it tightly against her chest as she awkwardly stared at Ryan with bright red cheeks. Ryan could not help but chuckle and got out of bed, not showing a single hint of embarrassment over being naked in front of her.

"Stay in bed for as long as you need love, I'll be downstairs if you need me." He said as he put on his black pants, grabbed his shirt, and left the room.

Lily laid back down on the bed and stared into the ceiling.

I just spent the night naked... In bed...With Ryan... She thought to herself, her cheeks still burning. The smile on her face was wide and giggles escaped from her as her whole body was filled with joy.

Everyone was already sitting around the table when Ryan came downstairs. They all looked up at him and shifted from whistling to wiggling their eyebrows.

"Take it easy guys, we were just talking last night." Ryan said and smiled as he sat down on his chair.

"Talking, huh? The look on your face says something else." Dale said and laughed.

"Well, we kissed a little too." Ryan said and scratched his head. "Anyway, we have important things to discuss."

"This is important! You've been dreaming about this girl for so long, man." Chad said and smiled.

"Are you guys a couple now?" Tyler asked, looking all excited.

"Focus guys! Kain can show up anytime and we haven't prepared anything!" Ryan said with a serious look on his face. The others knew Ryan was right. They all knew knew that he never played fair and that they had to be prepared for anything, anytime.

"We need to do everything we can to keep Lily safe. Kain has done terrible things to her, and I want him to pay for that. We all know that he will bring his men and they will have weapons. Therefore, everyone here will carry a weapon too. We need to make traps out in the woods, the less men we'll have to fight the better." Ryan took a deep breath before he continued.

"But I understand if you don't want to be a part of this, so if you don't want to, please tell me now."

Everyone looked at each other for a while before Dale stood up and nodded towards Ryan.

"We're family, we don't abandon each other when things get tough. Now let's kick this fucker's ass!" He said and smacked his hand onto the table. All the others stood up and started cheering. Ryan looked at them and smiled, he could not have gotten a better family than this.

"Alright. Chad and I will take care of the weapons. I want the rest of you to go into the woods and make as many traps as you can. But keep an eye out for people. As far as we know Kain might as well already be out there, waiting for us."

"What about Lily? Should we make her hide somewhere?" Freddie asked.

"She will hide, but with a weapon in case someone finds her. If she's with us on the battlefield I'm scared that Kain will focus on her." Ryan said and frowned.

"I want to fight too." Lily said as she entered the room. Everyone was staring at her except Ryan. He closed his eyes and shook his head.

"No, not happening." He said as he opened his eyes and met hers. Lily walked up to Ryan. And looked into his eyes.

"It's my fight, so yes."

"I said no. Kain won't hold back and if you're there it will only put us in more danger."

Lily put her hands on Ryan's shoulders and stood on her toes to reach up to him. Their lips were almost touching, Ryan felt an urge to wrap his arms around her and kiss her, but the determination in her eyes told him that now was not a good time.

"You can't stop me." She said before she let go of him and backed away. Ryan looked at her for a while before he narrowed his eyes and raised his lips into a half smile.

"Watch me." He said as he quickly threw her over his shoulder and took her upstairs. The others were standing with their mouths open in shock. The first one to break the silence was Chad.

"Man, she should be our leader!" he said and laughed.

Lily tried to get out of Ryan's grip, but it was useless, he was much stronger than her and being carried upside down was not helpful either. As soon as they got into Lily's room Ryan gently put her on her bed and laid down on top of her. Lily tried to push him off, but he pinned her arms down.

"You're not fighting, end of story." He said while holding her down. Lily refused to look at him, and she had no plan to answer him.

"Look into my eyes and tell me that you won't fight." Ryan said and lifted himself up a bit. Lily turned her head and looked at him. But not a word came out of her mouth, instead she kissed him. Ryan was surprised but welcomed her kiss happily. The hunger and the passion in the kiss made him want more, but he did not want to move too fast. He wanted Lily to be ready, to want him as much as he wanted her. Ryan gently removed his hands from her wrists and slowly put his right hand underneath her shirt and started to massage her stomach, working his way up to her breasts. Lily put her arms around his neck.

"Tell me if you want me to stop." He whispered in her ear before he started to kiss her neck. He slowly removed her shirt and left a trail of kisses between her breasts before he took off his own shirt. Then he removed his pants, hoping that him being naked before her would make her less nervous. He grabbed the waistband on her pants and looked into her eyes.

"Do you want me to stop?"

Lily nervously bit her lip and shook her head.

"Words Lily." He ordered, his voice was dark and husky.

"Please don't stop." She begged as she put her hands on top of his and helped him remove her pants. Lily could not take her eyes off him. His big strong arms, his firm chest, his perfect stomach, and his treasure tail reaching all the way from his navel down to his treasure.

Ryan started to explore every part of her body. He kissed every stretch mark, every freckle, every scar. He saw, touched, and tasted every single part of her body before he placed himself on top of her. Lily wrapped her arms around his neck, pulled him down and kissed him. While they were kissing she let her hands explore his body. She took her time to touch him and to find ways to pleasure him until they had to stop to catch their breaths. Ryan looked into her eyes with love and passion, waiting for her permission and as she welcomed him, he slowly entered and became one with her.
