A Simple Three Words

More Than Friends?

(Ross's POV)
I woke up and went downstairs. It was a saturday and also the Summer holidays so everyone was staying at our house for the entire summer. I walked into the backgarden where everyone was sat outside eating breakfast while it was hot and sunny. I sat at the table in between Ryland and Lori. Everyone looked at me.

Ross- What?
Lori- The kiss! What else?!

I sighed knowing that they obviously would of had to bring that up at some point in the day. I wanted to avoid it so they wouldn't have a chance to tease me but I failed.

Ross- What about it?
Rydel- Well for starters, it happened!
Riker- I know and she kissed you
Ryland- Yeah, you meet a girl, talk to her for a few hours and she kisses you out of nowhere when you have known each for less than a day, I just don't get it I mean she could of kissed any of us and she kisses you
Ross- Well I guess that she likes me
Stormie- Speaking of which I invited them over for breakfast and they are gonna spend the day here

I looked up and at my Mom.

Ross- Are you serious? She's coming here? While I'm wearing my Pyjamas?
???- I think you look cute

We all turned around and saw them stood in the doorway. Sophie was wearing Denim shorts, a red crop top which said Smile on it in white lettering, White sandals and her hair was curled again. Derek walked past them and sat back down. He obviously let them in. I put my left leg up so it was bent on the bench, lent my left arm on it and leant back on the table with my right arm bent and my head rested on my right hand. I tried to look hot.

Ross- Hey

I heard a snicker from behind me. I sat back normal but sat sideways with my legs on either side of the bench and looked at Ryland laughing.

Ross- And what you be laughing at?
Ryland- Nothing, just you trying to act all cool
Ross- Hey! I am cool
Paul- Yeah unlike Riker and Rocky who are fighting over jam
Stormie-(sighs) Thank god I have Rydel

We looked at Rydel and she was posing with the food while Ratliff sat on the other side of the table taking pictures of her.

Stormie- Never mind, Anyway sit down and well enjoy
Lily- Thank you

Lily sat next to Mom, Rick sat next to Dad, Paige sat next Beauty, my cousin and Sophie sat in between Me and Lori. She looked at me and smiled. Everyone was having their own conversations and I stood up.

Ross- I'm going getting a bottle of water
Stormie- Alright sweetie

I walked inside into the kitchen and opened the fridge. I heard a voice and knew that it was Sophie straight away.

Sophie- Any chance I could have one too?
Ross- Sure

I got two water bottles out and put hers on the table. She walked over and picked it up. She had a drink, then put the lid back on while holding it in her hand.

Sophie- Thanks
Ross- Your ok

She turned and went to walk out of the kitchen. I said her name and she turned back around.

Ross- Sophie?
Sophie- Yeah?
Ross- I think that we should talk about last night
Sophie- Yeah I think that we should

We sat down at the table.

Ross- So about that kiss last night, Was that just a one time thing or what? Because I don't want to be taken advantage of
Sophie- What? No, Ross I like you, that's why I kissed you
Ross- Really? You like me?
Sophie- Yeah, I really like you
Ross- I really like you
Sophie- So what we're just two friends who kissed and really like each other?
Ross- Unless you wanna be more than friends?
Sophie- Ross Lynch, Are you asking me to be your girlfriend?

I laugh. She laughs too.

Ross- Yeah I guess I am
Sophie- Then I'd love to be your girlfriend

We smiled at each other.

Ross- Should we go and tell everyone?
Sophie- Sure

We stood up and held hands. We walked outside and everyone looked at us.

Lori- Er guys? You are aware that your holding hands right?
Ross- Yes we are aware that we are holding hands
Julianne- Ok then why are you holding hands?
Ross- You tell them
Stormie- Tell us what?
Sophie- Well me and Ross are dating
Ryland- You have got to be kidding me?!
Sophie- What's up with him?
Ross- Oh he's annoyed because his girlfriend is away on tour and won't see her for another 3 months
Sophie- Oh I'm sorry Ryland
Ryland- Oh, What does that help?!

We sat down at the table and finished eating. Then we spent the rest of the day having fun. We played in the pool, played board games and talked a lot. We were currently all sat in the front room watching a film. Sophie was laid on me cuddled up and had her head buried in my chest.

Lily- Should we be go now while Paige has fell asleep?
Rick- Yeah, C'mon
Ross- You have to go?
Sophie- Afraid so Lynch
Ross- Awww
Sophie- I know I'm sorry but I have to

She stood up and put her phone in her pocket then turned around as I stood up.

Sophie- Cover your eyes people, Public display of affection coming up

Everone groaned. Then she place her arms around my neck and I placed my hands on her waist then we kissed. I could hear people groaning and a few seconds later we let go.

Sophie- Alright fine, we'll stop kissing
Riker- Thank God!
Ross- Shut up!

He stuck his tongue out at me like a child so I ignored him and looked back at Sophie. I held her hands.

Ross- Will I be seeing you tomorrow?
Sophie- See I don't know about that I think I'll be turning invisible
Ross- (laughs) C'mon I'm serious
Sophie-(laughs) Yes you will
Lily-Sophie?
Sophie- Oh yeah sorry, night Ross
Ross- Night

She kissed me cheek and walked away to the door which her family had already walked out of after saying goodbye.

Sophie- Bye

Everyone shouted bye just to annoy knowing that she was speaking to me.

Everyone- Bye!

I ignkred them and looked at Sophie.

Ross- Bye

Then she smiled and walked out closing the door after her.

Ross- Alright, I'm gonna go bed
Stormie- Alright, goodnight sweetie
Ross- Night Mom, Night the rest of you Idiots

Then I walked out of the room and upstairs. After getting changed and everything, I got into bed and looked at my phone. Sophie had text me. We gave each other our phone numbers earlier today. I picked my phone up and started texting her.

S- Too bad, I'm calling you Rossy
R- Ya lucky your cute
S-:)Seriously night<3
R- Night<3

Then I turned my phone off and went to sleep.
