Axl really didn't think it was possible. He didn't.. but he had his doubts.

The signs were all there, but it had been only a few months since Storm had been born.

Yet all the signs, the waking up and throwing up in the middle of the night, Slash waking up with a start and approaching him with bleary eyes but still rubbing his back. They both didn't think much of it. They thought Axl just must've eaten something bad.

Then came throwing up at certain smells that before he had been pregnant he would be fine around, and yet he and Slash still didn't put two and two together, which wasn't unusual for them but still.

Axl had leftover tests from when he bought a box questioning himself the first time.

Axl really should've seen it coming, his leg bouncing a little anxiously. He was home alone, Slash having taken Storm to Izzy and Duff after Izzy demanded to see Storm by waking up Axl in the morning by calling him at the ass crack of dawn, the sun barely peeking over the horizon.

Izzy threatened something about drain cleaner and Axl's eyes were so wide by the time izzy had got done with the threat Slash was up off his side of the bed and already heading into the baby's room to get him dressed. Axl knew Izzy, the fucker had a smirk in his voice when he hung up.

Axl had decided to take the tests on a whim, a nagging feeling in his gut, and he's definitely learned to go with that feeling.

What would Slash think? Of course they were more in love then ever, Axl wouldn't have it any other way, but would Slash even want another baby?

Deep in his brain he knew he was being insane, Slash adores both him and Storm, practically glowed like he was the fucking sun around them.

But his eyes still went wide as saucers as he looked at the digital test, the word clear as day even as he took another test out, before trying it again, and he had to grip the sink when they both said the same thing in bold letters.

Pregnant.

Just as his slightly trembling hands were able to finally hold the test more close to his face, he heard the front door close, announcing his husband's arrival back home.

He panicked, hiding the tests behind his back as he heard Slash calling for him, making him curse as he tried to find a place to hide them, at least until he could think of a better way to tell the older man.

Slash swore that he had some type of sense for when Axl tried to hide something from him, because after he called out and got no answer in return, only mumbled cursing from the bathroom, his feet carried him over to the door, his knuckles knocking softly before going to open it just as he was face to face with Axl, who was definitely holding something behind his back.

Slash's eyes darkened, his hand coming up to gently cradle Axl's chin in his palm before quickly gripping it tightly, causing Axl's mouth to drop a breathless gasp already as he looked up at the man with nearly already glazed over eyes of submission.

"Cmon Princess, we both know you know better than this." He said quietly. It was the most terrifying, promising so much, yet only if Axl gave in.

He wonders how he hadn't given in the minute Slash touched him.

He gently leaned up to kiss Slash's lips, whimpering against them softly as Slash hummed.

"What's our number one rule pet?" Slash asked again, quietly and in a timbre of voice that nearly made Axl begin to tremble right there. He could never resist the man in front of him and never wanted to.
