Madi and y/n has been Friends with each other because Their mom's were friends since highschool. Y/n was a year older than Madi. When y/n was about 8 years old, her mom and her had to move to Las Vegas because her mom got a huge job offer. 10 years later they moved back to Boston Massachusetts.
One day y/n's mom asked her to go the grocery store. When y/n got to the store she saw a familiar face
Y/n: Madi is that you?
Madi: y/n? OMG...how long has it been? How are you
Y/n: I'm good and you?
Madi: I'm ok too, when did you move back?!
Y/n: yesterday actually
Madi's mom called her
Madi: oh I gotta go...but you should give me your number
Y/n: sure *gives number*
Y/n's POV: It was so good to see madi again. I wonder if they still live in their old house. I went to the cash register to pay for the things. As I was walking home I got a text from Madi
Mad dog: hey y/n my mom wanted to know if you and your mom wanted to come over for dinner
y/n: I'll ask my mom as soon as I get home
Before you could send the message....you bumped into someone, knocking your phone and the groceries out of your hand...
