Chapter 3- Oh Hello

Ron:
I woke up in my bed still being extremely surprised this was real, that this was actually happening, I got up and walked out of my room only to see Sam doing the same, "Morning Sam" I said while looking at Sam, "Morning big brother" Sam said happily and went over to hug me I hugged him back and picked him up, "Wanna go see if moms up?" I said smiling Sam looked at me and nodded excited. I went downstairs while me still holding Sam to see mom in the kitchen, "Morning mom" I said she looked over and smiled "Morning boys" Jessie said looking at us we smiled back, went over the the counter and sat, "I still can't believe we get all this" I said looking at everything around us, "I know it's kind of hard to believe" Jessie said. Mom got done making breakfast which was pancakes and we all ate mom said that dad had something to do earlier and he wouldn't be here until dinner time. I helped mom with dishes and she thanked me I nodded and went up to my room to change for the day, I looked to see what I could change into, I picked and black shirt with some tan baggy jeans and got a black hoodie to go over it all, I walked out of my room and saw Sam had got dressed to for the day. We both walked downstairs, me and Sam planned to read comics and play around with each other and so we did.

2 Hours Later

Me and Sam were reading comics in the backyard when mom came up to us, "Ron someone would like to meet you" Jessie said looking at me, "Meet me?" I questioned her, "Yes they said it" I looked at her "Mk I guess, wait here Sam" I said looking at Sam he nodded and I got up to see who was here to meet me. I walked over to the door only to see a girl, "Hi?" I asked she looked up at me and waved "Hi I'm Enid I saw you guys arrive yesterday and wanted to wait so you and your family could settle in" Enid said looking up at me smiling.

I saw someone walk up behind her and they both looked at each other they gave each other death glares "I'm sorry I only came just now!" The boy said I just nodded feeling overwhelmed with two people here now, "Can I uhh help you guys?" I asked them both they looked at me and paused for a moment "I uh just wanted to introduce myself is all" Enid said looking at me and smiled I nodded and she said good bye to me, the boy was still here, he had blue eyes that looked like a ocean and long brown hair, "I'm Carl" Carl said looking at me "Nice to meet you I'm uh Ron" I said looking at him and he smiled, "Would you uhh maybe like to hang out?" Carl asked looking at me, "Uhhh sure but is it cool if my little brother comes along?" I asked Carl and he nodded, I went to go get Sam and we left the house.

Enid:
I introduced myself though Carl had to come along and ruin it! Ugh I swear he ruins almost everything, I waved bye to the boy and left heading back to my house, I looked back only to see Carl leaving with the older boy and I'm guessing his little brother? I just realized..I never got his name- gosh I'm stupid but second of all HOW DID CARL GET TO HANG OUT WITH HIM AND NOT ME?! I felt annoyed and jealous, and so I followed them. While I was following them I saw Carl almost catch me though I hid and they continued walking which I was glad about.

I kept following them until well you guessed it I got caught, they looked at me and I looked at them "Uhh sorry I just uh never got your name" I said, I have to say this is the most embarrassing way to get someone's name.. "It's uhhh Ron.." Ron said looking at me weird "I'm sorry I really am!" I said looking them all and Carl giving me another death glare "It's cool wanna hang out with us?" Ron asked me and I saw Carl go pale I knew he didn't want me around "Sure I'd love too" I said looking at Carl and smiled he looked back at me and looked ready to kill me, I have to say it was funny.

We were all walking and talking me and Carl had to act like we didn't hate each other's guts and I'd say we did a good job at it, Carl looked at me and gave me a fake smile me doing the same back to him, "You know you guys don't have to act like you guys are best friends or something when you guys hate each other" Ron said looking at both me and Carl, me and Carl went pale and just looked at each other, "Sorry" I said and Carl just looked at the ground "It's uh fine" Ron said picking up his little brother, "Whats uh your little brothers name?" I asked looking at Ron, "Oh his name is Sam" Ron said smiling and Sam hugged him and almost falling asleep I smiled and nodded, "That's nice, hey uh Ron can we talk privately?" I asked Ron, he looked at me confused but nodded, Carl stood their and waited.

"Look I'm going to be honest with you.." I started and Ron just looked at me, "I like you and I know I just met you but could we try...?" I asked Ron he paused for a moment thinking about how to answer this, "Look don't get me wrong your good looking and everything but I think I like Carl" Ron said bluntly and I looked at him anger in my eyes, "How could you?!" I said and stormed off too my house. I got to my house and opened the door only slam it behind me.

Carl:
I saw Enid storm off, I wonder what thats all about...Ron walked over to me and looked upset, "What's wrong?" I asked Ron he looked at me "Enid just confessed to me and I denied it because well uh it's nothing anyways I denied her and she got mad and stormed off" Ron said to me I nodded and hugged him "It's okay she is like that ever since I've known her" I said to Ron and he nodded "Hey I'm going to drop off Sam real quick so I don't have to carry him I'll be right back" Ron said and I nodded he went to his house and I just waited, he came back and we went back to walking with each other.

I got to know a lot about him like what he has had to do to survive this whole time and how whenever they encountered walker he would comfort his brother, I smiled he was a good brother and a good son, "You are a very nice person" I said to Ron and smiled at him he looked at me and blushed "T-Thanks" Ron said and looked away I smiled at him "Don't hide your beautiful face" I said and then realized what I had just said and stopped walking he did too and we just stood there trying to process everything, "I'm uh so sorry!" I said to Ron he looked at me and smiled "Don't be cutie" Ron said and I blushed so bad, "D-Don't call me that!" I said blushing, Ron looked at me and smiled "Awww why not pumpkin?" Ron said in a kind of baby tone I looked at him and smiled "Okay cutie face" I said to Ron and smiled he looked at me and we both laughed.

We went back to his house and he asked his mother, Jessie, if I could stay over she agreed and we went up to his room. He opened his door and we went in I sat in his bed and he closed his door, "Can I ask something..?" I said before I could even think he looked at me and nodded sitting next to me on the bed, "I like you!" I said hiding my blushing face, Ron froze for a moment which scared me but then he responded "I do too" Ron said looking at me and smiling I smiled back and I kissed him, he kissed me back it was magical, for the rest of the day we both hung out until I had to go home.
