Chapter 5- Please Be Okay

Carl:
It's been 5 weeks since Ron got in a coma and I'm starting to wonder if he will ever wake up...everyone is concerned but is trying their best to keep me happy and also stay focus on 'Alexandria' in the process.

It hasn't been easy I'll tell you that...I asked Jessie if I could take some of his things to sleep in so I can at least have something of him..she said she wouldn't mind and I thanked her.

Jessie and Sam have been under watch for these past 5 weeks because we're afraid they might do something since their son/brother is in a coma...they said they are fine but we can't be sure until he wakes up.

Denise has been making sure he's getting enough blood and everything to keep him alive and Denise says that it's just a matter of waiting now. I don't know how much longer I can wait knowing that Enid and Pete are still in 'Alexandria'...I MEAN THEIR THE REASON HE IS IN A COMA! Well mostly Pete but Enid had her part in it..

I said that we should just kill them both off but they said Enid didn't do it too bad and that she would simply have to survive on her own. Unlike Pete everybody knows he the reason Ron is a coma, so he looking at a 'Trial' as they say..

Jessie is begging us not too but we can't risk them or Ron getting hurt or worse dead...so we have all agreed and now we just wait for Ron to wake up. Michonne and Rick have been trying to help as much as possible but it's hard when you are kind of a leader of a place. So Maggie and Glenn decided they would help me through this.

Maggie and Glenn wake up in the early morning since they know I wouldn't of got no sleep so they know they wouldn't bother me. They would come over in the morning pick me up and spend the day with me until Rick or Michonne or both were free. I have to say they would make great parents, but Maggie isn't pregnant and isn't prepared for that yet.

"Carl honey can we come in..?" Maggie asked in the other side of my door, "Sure.." I said and they both walked in, "How you doing bud..?" Glenn asked with a sad expression, "Just trying to hope he will wake up..." I said they looked at me and nodded. Maggie pulled me into a hug and Glenn rubbed my back, I cried into her should and she just acted like a mother and comforted me.

"I just want him to wake up!" I said shouted still crying into her shoulder, "I know you do.." Maggie said in a motherly voice, "How about we go hunting?" Glenn offered trying his best to make me feel better, so maybe so fresh air would help.. "Sure.." I said and they nodded.

We walked out of the house and said goodbye to Rick and Michonne, they knew I would be safe with Maggie and Glenn so didn't bother asking people to follow along for protection, we walked out of the gates and they closed behind us. "So what would you like to do first?" Maggie asked giving a warm smile at me, I looked up at her and thought. "How about we stick to the plan of hunting" I said and they nodded.

"Let's go you got another!" Glenn said excited and I smiled, "I did!" I said I have to say they know how to make someone happy even if they're at their worst. We got the animals we shot put them in a bag we brought and headed back to 'Alexandria'.

Rick told the people below we were arriving and to open the gates, we got close and they opened right up. We walked in and they closed behind us, we walked to their house since we would make food there.
