Chapter 3- What is that?

I haven't even written it yet but I just know this is going to be one of my favorite chapters so I'm excited 😆

ALSO Y'ALL HAD YOUR CHANCE TO GIVE YOUR OPINIONS ON SPIDER BUT SINCE YOU DIDN'T I'M GOING TO BE INCLUDING HIM IN THE STORY AND HE'S GOING TO BE ONE OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS SO DEAL WITH IT!!!!

I just have one more thing to say, I'm really sorry that the format keeps changing. It's because I started this on my laptop but it broke so now I'm doing it all on my phone 🙁

--------------------------- AO’NUNG’S POV

I woke up in a panic, but as I looked around it quickly turned to confusion.

My home? The last thing I remember is our village being attacked.

My sister ran in, "NUNG, GET UP WE HAVE TO START DOING CHORES!" What's happening? Was that all a dream? Just a sick, twisted figment of my imagination? I guess so. There isn't any other explanation for this.

I followed her out of our Marui Pod and saw the whole village back to normal. Nothing was burnt, everyone was fine. Yep it must have been a bad dream. Even so, something didn't feel right.

Right when we were about to start doing a chore I heard her whisper something, "Please wake up" I looked at her confused she spoke again louder this time.

"NUNG PLEASE WAKE UP!!!!" It sounds like she was screaming and crying but her expression stayed the same. All of the sudden it felt like something was pulling me away. Soon everything went black again.

I opened my eyes and saw two blurry figures right above me. They were shaking me. I soon figured out it was Tsireya and Rotxo.

"W-what" was all I could say. "Thank Eywa, you're okay!" My sister cried while hugging me.

As I sat up I saw that each of them had some kind of injury. And it was no different for me either. It was nothing too bad but there were definitely quite a few scratches.

"Where are we?" I asked

"We don't know, we just woke up a couple of minutes ago" Rotxo replied.

We were about to look around when we heard something in the bushes.

--------------------------- NETEYAM'S POV

I already got permission from our father and we were about to leave.

"Hey can Spider come?" Lo'ak asked. Spider is one of our best friends, even though he's human. He has done so much to prove that he's loyal to the Na'vi that we accept him as one.

"No, he broke his oxygen mask." Kiri said rolling her eyes.

"How do you even do that?" I laughed.

"I don't know but his skxawng ass found a way." She sighed.

We all laughed before going to find Tuk. She saw us and immediately ran and jumped on me again. At this point I've gotten used to it. "Hey Tuk, we're all going on a walk, do you want to come?"

"OF COURSE I DO! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!"

She usually did this when she was excited. We all left and had a great time. It doesn't matter how many times I go through this Forest it will always amaze me with its beauty. The trees, the plants, the rivers, I don't know how the skypeople can destroy a place like this. There's a beach nearby but we rarely go there because most of it is really rocky. But there's a small place that's soft sand. Despite the dangers we decided to go there. Well, they decided to go there.

"Lo'ak, for the last time it would be too dangerous to go there with Tuk!"

"Come on bro, please"

"No! Didn't you hear about the storms?!?"

"We'd only be there for a minute, I just want to check it out!"

"Yes, I really want to see the ocean."

"Kiri, you're not helping" I groaned bringing my hand to my face in frustration.

"Please TEYAM."

They all sounded like children. I rolled my eyes and sighed.

"Fine, but you all have to be very careful!" They all got really excited and hugged me. And then we started walking.

It didn't take us too long to get there. I will admit it's a really cool place. The ocean has always been beautiful to me. I do wish I could come see it more but between the storms and the war I don't have time.

We were just walking for a while. Until we got closer to the sandy area. I heard a voice. It sounded like screaming telling someone to wake up.

We all looked at each other and went to investigate. Of course this has to happen while Tuk is with us. We were hiding behind some nearby bushes as we got closer.

"Bro, what is that?" Lo'ak whispered. They looked like Na'vi. Except they were teal. And their tails looked… weird.

All the sudden one stood up and was looking around. I pulled my bow out and started aiming at the taller one. Who knows who or what these things are. I was about to take the shot when-

"Neteyam look" I heard Kiri whisper.

Atokirina

It came down and landed on my arrow.

"What" I whispered as I slowly put my bow down and stared at it with confusion.

"No way" My younger brother stared in disbelief. All the sudden they looked in our direction. I heard noise right in front of us. And then saw Tuk pop up from the bush.

Okay originally this was going to be a lot longer but it was taking too long so here you go.

I really hope the format doesn't change again but who knows at this point. Also I'm a dumbass who didn't know it was so much easier to just write it on here. I WAS ACTUALLY WRITING THIS ON GOOGLE DOCS, AND SOMEHOW THOUGHT THAT WAS EASIER!!!

Also please tell me if you like the new way I'm writing the paragraphs because I thought that the other ones were too long.
