Chapter Eight

Time Skip

Driving down the street, Jimin would stop every now and then, letting out a sigh he would look out the window of his car at the snow falling. Then continued driving only to come to a sudden stop. Thinking out loud "If he really hasn't been back to work in over twelve days now because of our argument then I...."Jimin stopped himself from what he was going to say next, shaking his head he added "This is ridiculous, why am I so worried about him anyways?"

He continued driving, pushing the thought into the back of his mind. "Wait w w what? Why am I here?" Jimin said in shock looking around, he realized he'd driven all the way to Taehyung's house. As he was about to drive off he stopped and looked at Taehyung's house seeing that there were no lights on in the house. It looked empty and sad.

Taking a deep breath before getting out of his car, Jimin walked up to the front door of the house and knocked, not hearing anything from inside. Jimin cried out "Why did I even bother? It's not like I'm the person he wants to see right now." Jimin stood at the front door for a while waiting to see if anyone would come.

Looking around for a second, Jimin twisted the doorknob and pushed on the door and was surprised when it opened. Jimin walking into the house felt a cold chill of air following him in from outside shivering he quickly closed the door. Standing now inside the house, Jimin realized it was much colder inside than it was outside, leaving him to say "Geez he could've at least turned on the heater." taking off his work shoes and putting on a pair of house slippers on.

Jimin walked towards the living room and yelled out "Hello." not hearing anything in return Jimin continued walking throughout the house yelling out "Hello." Just about ready to give up and leave, Jimin stopped when he suddenly heard a faint voice call for him.

Jimin, following the voice he heard, walking up the spiral staircase down the hallway to an opened bedroom door where he saw Taehyung laying with his face buried in his pillow on the bed.

"Taehyung, why haven't you been going to work?" Jimin asked and Taehyung sighed loudly and then said, "Wow that's what you came all the way here to ask, just leave." "Seriously, Tae you're such a child." Jimin said with a little giggle.

Taehyung turned his head to give a not-very-convincing angry glare at Jimin.

"Oh come on Tae," Jimin said while walking over to sit down next to him. "You're so stubborn."

"Why are you here?" Taehyung asked.

"Frankly I don't know why I'm here either but I'll admit I was worried about you." Jimin said while looking out the glass doors that lead to the balcony while hiding the fact that maybe he still kinda cares for Taehyung.

At those words, Taehyung shot up with a big smile on his face.

"You missed me didn't you?" Taehyung said, now smirking.

Jimin blushed a little while looking at Taehyung and said. "Yes, but I was worried just like everyone else was. "

"I mean No way! Why would I miss you?" Jimin quickly corrected himself as he grabbed a pillow and threw it at Taehyung's face.

Taehyung laughed, which made Jimin smile a little.

"I missed you." Taehyung said while removing the pillow and smiling.

Jimin quickly turned his head away while saying. "Stop saying that."

Taehyung chuckled.

Jimin argued with his thoughts "I really don't want you to say things like that to me but I do still like it when you say stuff like that to me."

Taehyung was now sitting up and slowly crawling towards Jimin to hug him from behind.

Whispering in his ear "I love you."

Jimin turned his head, being lost too deep in his own thoughts while forgetting where he was and who he was with, kissed Taehyung.

And said, "I love you too."
