The thing about us with mental health is we don't always look or sound sick. But we are. The saying "Not all disabilities are visible" applies to people like me. I personally get sick a lot because I struggle with no immune system. But you can't see illness like that can you? But yet it exists. And is valid. Be kind to those around you. You never know what they are struggling with.
