Several years have passed and Brady Rockefeller is now a teenager of 16 years old. His caramel, brown hair got lighter as he grew up. He was slightly built, tall for his age, had a mystic but friendly expression, and his skin remained pale like Stefan. It was another day of school at Ronald High in LA and he hadn't realized it was time as he's been totally hooked on his laptop playing Fornite. He checked the time on his phone. It was 8 am.

Brady: On the inside. Oh crap...I should get ready for school.

Brady: He headed downstairs where his parents were in the dining room. Hey guys! I don't think I'll have time to eat with you in the morning.

Brady: I am kind of running late so is it alright if I eat at the school's cafeteria?

Hugo: Sure, Brady. We wouldn't mind.

Christa: Your dad is right and you should be at school on time.

Brady: Thanks, I'll be off now. Have a good day.

He biked to school and 10 minutes later, he arrived. His first class was politics and the teacher had an announcement to make.

Politics teacher: Hello everyone I just finished grading your tests from last week.

Politics teacher: I'll hand them around before starting with today's new lesson.

When Brady got his test back, he checked the score on his paper. He got a 94 even though the test was very hard.

Jackson: Bro how did you do? I got a 71.

Brady: Oh, I got a 94...Better than I thought.

Jackson: Wow, that's awesome. I don't see how you study.

Brady: Politics is difficult. I don't know how, but I'll try.

Jackson: Still you're a genius and it's cool you always receive the highest scores in classes.

Brady: Sometimes it's a surprise to me.

When class was dismissed. Brady and the other students walked out during break to talk with their friends. While Brady was waiting for Renee, Keeran, and Isaiah, Dylan and his friends came and interrupted his peace. He was smoking casually even though it was strictly forbidden.

Dylan: Well...well if it isn't the know-it-all loser Brady I've known for decades.

Brady: What's your problem now, Dylan? Besides, you're not supposed to be smoking inside buildings.

Dylan: I wanted to remind you I'm better than you in everything.

Brady: If you think so, you wouldn't give a sh*t and hang out with people who are so-called hotshots like yourself.

Isaiah and Keeran appeared. Keeran spoke first.

Keeran: Yeah, go pick on someone in your own league.

Dylan: He turned his attention towards Keeran. Chill out, you wimp. I don't remember asking for your opinion.

Carson: You trying to pick up a fight with us? Dylan is right. You are all a bunch of nobodies.

Ezekiel: Stop pestering our balls and go away! You are not qualified to talk back to us.

Renee: She appeared and said. You guys started it first.

Renee: If you have an issue, dig your eyes out and donate them to people in need.

Dylan: Such a cold response from you, hottie. You shouldn't waste your time with him...
