mark frowned as he looked over at y/n. he was still asleep with the early hour, hair messy and mouth slightly agape. mark wanted anything but to leave him in that moment. staying in bed all day with him sounded much better than working.

he sighed before leaning over to place a gentle kiss on y/n's forehead. this caused the latter to stir a bit, his eyes soon opening to meet mark's.

"morning, babe," y/n said softly. mark couldn't help but smile at his sweet voice.

"morning, cutie. i'm sorry, i didn't mean to wake you."

y/n smiled and shook his head at the apology.

"that's okay, i'm waking up next to you, aren't i?"

mark felt his heart take a hit, frowning again at how cute he was.

"you're adorable, y/n," he complimented while leaning over again to press their lips together. y/n smiled sheepishly when they separated.

"i know~" he responded. mark clicked his tongue at the cockiness.

"listen," he began again, "i forgot i had an early schedule today. i'm already like, an hour late so i really need to go."

y/n frowned as he took the taller's hand in his own.

"mm, okay.."

mark almost felt like crying at how disappointed the male seemed.

"i'm sorry, y/n. i can come back tonight if you want. or you can come to my place and we can have a movie marathon?" mark suggested. a small snicker left y/n's lips.

"every time we try to have a movie marathon, it just turns into a sex marathon," he countered.

mark looked at him with a small smirk before squeezing his hand. he moved closer to begin kissing around his neck and ear.

"exactly, baby," he replied.

y/n felt chills run over his body when the other softly bit his ear.

"teasing me is not going to end well when you have to leave in a minute.." y/n said with a slightly shaky voice. mark only smirked again. he let go of y/n's hand to now gently grip the smaller's chin and kiss him deeply.

after pulling away, he got up and began getting dressed.

"i'll see you tonight," he said before giving y/n another kiss on his temple and leaving his room.
