Bring me back

On the car ride to my fathers house I thought about all the awful things he did to me.
I didn't want to go back for sure but I had no choice.
It's been hours and we finally arrived.
I looked at the house and saw my father with a tight grip around my brothers wrist.
I furrowed my brows and opened the car door leaning on one knee and opening my arms for Liam.

He came running wrapping his little arms around my neck.
I wrapped my arms around his body and picked him up spinning him around.
I looked at my father as he had an angry face.
The lady that was driving me grabbed my bags and took them inside the house.
I followed behind her with Liam in my arms.

I went up the stairs to my room that had only a bed and a dresser.
I set Liam down and kneeled in front of him.
"Did daddy hurt you?" I asked him.
He nodded and I brushed hair out of his face.
"How did daddy hurt you?" I asked him.
"He hit me" he said.
"He didn't touch you any where right?" I asked.
"No he just hit me,it hurt.." he said.

I pulled his head close and gave him a kiss on the forehead.
And hugged him tight.
"Can I sleep in here?" Liam asked.
"Of course" I said standing up and grabbing his hand and walking out of the room.
I looked down the stairs and saw the lady talking to my dad before leaving.
I grabbed my bags that were by my door and started unpacking.

I put my clothes in the drawers and into my closet.
It took forever but when I finally finished I got down to the smaller things.
I pulled out a picture of me Robin finney and gwen i took on my polaroid.
I smiled and put it on my dresser.
After I took everything out Liam came into my room with his blanket and teddy bear with his pjs on climbing into my bed.

I put my arm around him and rubbed circles on his back with my nails.
When he fell asleep I wasn't able to so I stayed awake.

The next morning I was still in bed and wide awake.
Liam woke up after a few minutes.
"I'm hungry Y/N/N" Liam said to me.
"Okay let's get dressed and brush our teeth then we can go eat" I say lifting the covers of of us.
He grabs my hand and I walk to his room to get him dressed.
"Pick what you want to wear" I tell him.

He picks his clothes out and I walk back to my room to get dressed.

When I got done getting dressed I walked into the bathroom to brush my teeth.
Liam was already in there brushing his teeth so I joined him.
After brushing our teeth we went downstairs to the kitchen.
I saw my dad passed out next to bottles of liquor and weed.

I put Liam in the bar stool and start cooking.
I make pancakes and bacon put them on a plate and serve them to Liam.
I make myself a plate and eat fast so we can leave before our father wakes up.
I had no idea where we were gonna go but definitely not staying here.
I packed clothes and food and toys for Liam in a big back pack.
I also packed clothes and hygiene stuff for us to.
I put my back pack on and grabbed Liam's backpack to.
Putting his toys and snacks in it.
I also grabbed the polaroid picture of me and my friends.

I went back downstairs and took Liam by the hand.
"Where are we going?" He asked.
"I don't know yet buddy" I say opening the door quietly.
I heard foot steps coming down the stairs so I picked Liam up closed the door and booked it.
I ran down the block till we got to the gas station.
I went in and into the bathroom.
I sat Liam on the sink and leaned on the sink to catch my breath.

We're going to have to get on a train since plain tickets were to expensive and I surely couldn't drive.
I looked through my bag for my wallet to see how much money I had plus the money I stole from my dad.
"600" I whisper.
The train tickets were only 50 dollars each.
"Do you like trains Liam?" I asked him.
"Yeah!" He said with a big smile on his face.
"Okay let's go ride a train" I said picking him back up.
I walked out of the gas station and started looking for the train station.
