yeah I already regret publishing this, but there's like 16 reads so until I get beyond embarrassed, I'm still gonna update this. This is actually rlly fun
Also was gonna publish this earlier but uhh I was really busy (graduated from my grade!!), so I couldn't so I'll just get it out now
Here are my top 1o total drama characters of all time and why!!:

10. Brick McArthur- starting off with Brick! I was either gonna put him or Topher, but I like Brick a bit more. I love how kind he is despite being a military boot camp guy. You'd think a person who'd be training for war would be more harsh but he's really soft and has a big heart. He'd do anything for his friends and I really like that about him. He's a piss boy, but he's a lovable piss boy <3 really wish he was in all stars. Also I really loved his rivalry thing he had goin on with Jo. Very cool character but wish he had more time to shine. Wish I had more to say, but that's about it

9. Dakota(zoid)- AGHH DAKOTA!! I love her omfg. At first, she seems like your typically bratty snobby popular girl, but she's actually quite nice and not filled with evil intentions like the other pop girls. I especially loved when she was an intern in ROTI, and it showed how she was starting to grow and change and become a better person because of Sam which I find really sweet <33 then she turns into a mutant monster because of the toxic waste on the island, which is kinda disappointing but I also really like Dakotazoid. She's funny, strong and also very sweet. I really wish they didn't dump her down though— my hc for Dakotazoid is that she can still speak full sentences and understand shit while also rocking amazing outfits and being incredibly strong. I love her pre-mutant design (very pretty) but I also love her mutant design, it's so cool and actually really pretty imo. I kinda feel bad for her, but as we see in some extra exclusive clip, she seems really happy as a mutant because she got what she wanted, she's a star and she's very popular ("I'm gonna be the biggest thing ever!") and she has an amazing loving boyfriend who supports her fully. Her and Sam are also soooo fucking cute- 2nd favorite td couple fr.

8. Zee- ZEEE!!! MY MAN!! MY BOY!!! Omg I love Zee. I was immediately drawn in by his super calm and friendly laid back personality. He's kinda dumb, but that's okay ❤️! He actually kinda reminds me of myself,, but he's very cool!! Love how he's self aware (about only having 4 fingers and how he keeps getting sodas outta nowhere and also how he was aware that he teleported from the dock to the confessional). I honestly just love super cool laid back characters and his personality is just so fun. He's that kinda guy you'd wanna be friends with in real life. Zee, Ripper and the hockey bros are the funniest of TD2023 imo. Kinda sucks how he just blew his chances by joining both alliances 😭 again, not that smart. He's also my sibling's favorite character which I find very cool. ALSO!! His amputee arc was played out so fucking well. That is surprising seeing how.... Other types of representation is usually played out in this series, but this new season actually played out the rep very well!! I love how he's super chill about having a prosthetic limb and makes a bunch of cool stories out of it- AHH HES SO SILLY!! Cant wait to see how he is developed more in the next season

7. Courtney- COURTNEY!!! Omfg I loved her in season 1. Her character kinda got ruined after that tho :( but I still really enjoy her!! She used to be my 5th favorite some years back— but that obviously changed. I still hold her very close to my heart. Again, she was the best in season 1. Her stuck up but kind and organized personality was very fun to watch and see her develop. Duncan helped her get more laid back- but I can't tell if that was for better or for worse. In season 2, she was controlling and bitchy and in season 3 she was just an annoying whiney fuck 😭 season 5 completely wrecked her character though (fucking hate All Stars) and that's when I lost all respect for her. I like going back in the earlier seasons to see her personality before it got completely destroyed. I remember back in like 2018-2019, she was everyone's favorites and everyone wrote wattpad stories starring her (and usually Duncan). I miss that era, even if it was kind of annoying seeing Courtney become overrated. Her friendship with Gwen (and sometimes Heather in season 3) was the BEST!! Im so upset Gwen and Court ended their friendship I really hope they made up after AS. Courtney used to be my sibling's favorite and we would roleplay as Heather and Courtney and make them bffs. I still really like that hc tbh,, probably one of my favorite friendship headcanons because C and H just remind me of me and my siblings before we lost our minds during 2020. Duncney was so fucking good until it got ruined, their personalities worked so well with each other. Honestly? Season 1 Courtney and early season 3 Courtney (right before Duncan cheated on her) was the best. Mush those two personalities of her together and that's how I hc her personality now. Her life got ruined bc of total drama, but I guess every character did. They're all fucked up, but at least they're fucked up together right? Anyways, love Courtney,, wish her personality wasn't ruined but I still love her <3
