Image above is what how Calgarin looks like in my head.
I wake up, my head feeling like it was hit with a hammer and my vision blurred.
" Nighttail, I told you that any violence used on DarkFate would be unnecessary. " I hear a man with a low voice say.
Where am I?
I look around to see I'm in a light gray room, laying on a bed with light gray sheets and the mattress was nice and comfortable.
Where was everyone else? The last thing I remember is....
" Wait. The last thing I remember is Nighttail smirking at me." I say.
Then where the hell am I?!?!
I freeze when I hear loud footsteps walking to the room I'm in.
Was I kidnapped?
" Oh. You're awake." I hear a man with a deep voice say to me.
I slowly turn around to see a pale, tall, buff man with slick black hair with a bit of a beard growing around his chin, dark blue eyes and a black loose fitting jacket with matching pants looking to the room.
" Who are you?.." I ask, hesitantly.
" Please. Don't look at me like I'm some gigantic monster." He walks into the room.
" But..." I say.
" Oh. Sorry." He says.
" Who are you? And...why am I here?" I ask.
" Sorry for my rudeness. I'm Calgarin Cross." He introduces.
" I'm Kyoto DarkFate." I say.
" I just wanted to talk to you but, Nighttail thought it would be necessary to kidnap you." He says.
" Well, he was really rough." I say.
" You must be hungry or thirsty. I have some tea and bread in the kitchen. " he says.
" Oh thank you." I stand up and follow him to the kitchen. He pours hot tea into a cup and hands it to me.
" So there was something you wanted to talk to me about?" I ask, picking up the cup.
" I was wondering how they're new recruit was. They haven't been to rough with you, have they?" He asks.
" They've been rough but, not to much for me not able to handle it." I respond.
" That's a relief. It's good that they're rough with you but, not so rough that you wish to give up. In fact, you seem really well and wish to continue." He says.
" I don't want to stay the weak boy from Earth forever. I wish to become strong. And I never was the type to give up easily." I sip some of my tea.
" It's always great to meet a kid like you. Just like Nyx." He says.
" Wo, hold up. Who's Nyx?" I ask.
" Oh they haven't told you about him?" He asks.
" No..." I respond.
" That's a shame. He has a rather depressing story. Not to mention, his demise." He mutters.
" Wait, he's dead?" I ask.
He nods.
" Though I shouldn't be the one to tell you. Remus's house rule is the only ones involved with certain information can tell others that information. Let's say that Aster wanted to tell you his backstory. Only he can tell you his story. If someone else were to tell you, it wouldn't be tolerated." He explains.
" That's a good rule. If someone wanted to tell someone that they were going through a hard time and wanted to me themself, then they won't have to worry about someone else telling them their situation. It's better to get something off your chest than to keep it bottled up inside you." I sip more of the tea.
Calgarin laughs.
" Couldn't have worded it better." He says.
I smile slightly.
He seems like a really nice guy.
" Hey Calgarin, how to you know Celiest and everyone else?" I ask.
" Oh. I was good friends with Remus for a very long time. I met the others on many of my journeys. Though most of them don't like me." He responds.
" They don't like you?" I look at him, confused.
" They can tell you why." He responds.
So it's personal on both sides.
" But, can you tell me anything about this world?" I ask.
" You know of how this world is run on magic and the elements?" He asks.
" Yes. But, I only know what the elements are. Not much else." I respond.
" Well then, not only do your eyes tell you what element you're born with, that doesn't mean that the only element you can master. Once your able to master all the elements, you're given the title Element Clasher. Celiest, Zero, Ryland, and I are Element Clashers." He explains.
" And anyone can do it?" I ask.
" Yes. But you also have to remember classes. Classes are like ranks for mages. Low, Middle, High and First. Everyone in Remus's fort is a First Class mage except for you. You're Low class." He continues.
" Low class. It makes sense since I'm still weak." I say, looking down.
" Everyone starts off as a beginner." Calgarin says.
I look up at him.
" Don't look so down. You've made it this far." He says.
I smile slightly and drink more tea." So um.... can I ask you something? " I ask, rubbing my forehead.
" Of course. " Calgarin responds.
" Do...you hate Celiest and the others? " I ask.
" No. Not at all. They're really interesting to me." He responds.
" oh? Not even Aster? Cause he's a....ass..." I say.
" He wasn't always an asshole. Centurion Demons usually are assholes since they usually switch bodies a lot, and that persons previous personalities can mix with their own." He says.
" Hm? Wait, if they have they're own title with a special meaning, what's my title mean?" I ask.
" You're a Soulman. Usually, they're humen who have died on earth but, an enchanter brought you back to life. Or, you were born a mage and were transported to earth. As a result, you gain two different bodies but, you can't access your mage on Earth. Aro killed your human body and you only have your mage body. The reason you can't return to earth is because you lost your human body." He says.
" Is there any way for me to be able to go back?" I ask.
" You have to kill Aro. He's the one you killed your human body. Once he's gone, you'll be able to hop back and forth between these world's as may as you like." He explains.
" Oh that's awesome. I'd be able to go to earth with Zero and the others." I smile slightly.
" When they have the time to, you should really hear their stories of going to Earth. My favorite one was when they went to a convenient store." He chuckles.
" Now I'm curious. ...." I lay my head down on the table.
Calgarin chuckles.
" I should go back. They're probably wondering where I am." I say.
" I can take you back. And you're welcome back here at anytime." He says.
" Thanks." I smile.I appear in my room.
" Where the hell could he have gone?!" Aster exclaims.
" How the Fuck should I know?!" Zero exclaims back.
I should go downstairs.
I walk out of my room and walk downstairs.
" What the-" Ryland widens her eyes.
" Kyoto!!" Achned tackles me.
" Where were you?!" Zero runs up to me.
" Oh. I was at Calgarin's fort." I respond.
Everyone freezes and the room feels empty.
" What?!?!" They all exclaim, in demonic voices.
Uh oh.
