Narrator knocked.

"Hey, is everything alright? Knock on the door once if it is." Narrator sounded worried. Stanley was sitting in his room for almost 3 hours now.

Stanley knocked on the door once.

"Im coming in."

Narrator came in. He looked at Stanley, with a worried smile.

"You were crying. What happened?"

Stanley looked at the narrator with a sad expression.

'i want to talk like everyone. Why cant i be like everyone else?' Stanley started crying angry tears.

"W-w...h-hy!" Stanleys throat was burning. He holded his throat, crying his angry tears.

"Stanley, be careful, you know how it ended last time." Narrator came closer to Stanley, picking stanleys chin up to face him.

'i cant even speak! Its not fair!'

"Hey, you just spoke seconds ago! It counts!"narrator laughed a bit, giving a kind smile to Stanley.

'but i want to speak like everyone else does! Not just some quited mumbles that burns my throat.' Stanley signed, looking away. He was dissapointed in himself.

"Stanley, dont be like that. I know you want to speak like everyone, but you know its not possible. It only can get better, but it doesnt mean you cant speak!" Narrator tried to cheer Stanley up, since he knew how Stanley could be hard on himself.

'why cant i speak like everyone else?'
Stanley looked back at the narrator, sad.
