Jason-
I hadn't told my family about my next concert, I had realized it too late due to being busy with the typical Wayne family chaos and emotionally working on myself with the help of Roy, so I wasn't really going to be disappointed when they didn't show up. That was my fault that I forgot. I had almost forgotten that I HAD a concert until my band called me asking me where I was, which had been on patrol as Red Hood.Bruce and Dick were going to nail me on why I ditched patrol 15 minutes in. Oh well. I'd listen to the lectures tomorrow after I had some sleep.
Sleep sounded great right now, curled up in Roy's arms in my mega comfy bed under the blankets, maybe having a sleep over with the kids- I smiled and brought myself out of my thoughts, looking forward to the cuddle fest I knew Roy was going to give me later. I had to get the concert done first.
I looked in my dressing room mirror backstage one more time, looking for any flaws in my outfit for the night, and I ran my hand through my hair one more time, satisfied. My outfit was casual this time, just my black vans, blue jeans, and my Nightwing hoodie that had my older brother's signature on the blue symbol in blue glitter sharpie. Yes, it was my second favorite hoodie, Roy's oversized even on me hoodie being my first favorite. No, I wasn't going to tell the octopus man child that. I'd never hear the end of it if I did. Happy that I saw no flaws to my physical appearance, I confidently made my way to the side lines where I could go onto the stage, my band already out there and doing there own thing while waiting, keeping the huge crowd busy and distracted. I was honestly shocked at how many people were out there. It looked like all of Gotham was here. I honestly wasn't expecting this many. It kinda made me happy to know that people actually enjoyed listening to my music.
After a few moments of me lingering and mentally preparing myself, the concert intro music started to play, and I cracked all of my joints and sent a quick 'I love you' text to Roy, then made my way out into the stage, dance/walking to the music all the way to my place on stage. The crowd was screaming and cheering as loud as they could, jumping and chanting and waving their arms wildly, the majority holding up posters and signs, and my teal eyes scanned the crowd carefully, instinctively looking for my family, though I didn't see them. There was literally no way they could be here, because I knew that they would still be on patrol right now.
Oh well. I didn't see them, but I didn't really worry about that, even though it was a little disappointing. Taking a deep breath and soothing my nerves, I grabbed the mic and smiled at the crowd with my infamous mischievous grin that I was well known by as Jason Todd.
"Okay. Um, first, hey everyone! Welcome to my concert! I am going to tell you now that I forgot I had a concert, so, but hey, I'm here, thanks to Alexander reminding me so I owe him a lot of beers now. Anyway-" the crowd laughed and cheered for the drummer, and I smirked and let them calm down before talking again. "Okay! So, first things first, any and all kids present do not go home and start swearing please. Yes, I know I'm being a hypocrite but I'd rather not be on the receiving end of ya parent or guardians wrath. Believe me when I say they don't hold back with the chancla's or the belt threatening. Not something I would wish on anyone except Joker, because that psychopath deserves it and a lot worse." I said.
"JOKER SUCKS!!" A man shouted, and people cheered in agreement. I grinned. "Hell yea he does. Fucker never shoulda been thought of," I muttered, then forced all of those thoughts back down into a tiny black hole in my head. "Anyways, I should probably shut up and get on with the concert because ya probably didn't come just to hear me chatter. So, I guess on with the concert so that I can get the lectures my dad and older brother are going to give me later over faster." I joked, causing another round of laughter from the audience.
Smiling my infamous mischievous grin, I waved my hand to signal for the concert to start, and I soon forgot about my problems, not seeing my entire family and their friends in the crowd.

I was in the middle of singing my newest song when I suddenly broke off and coughed into my elbow, my throat dry and quickly getting sore. I was going to be shot of my voice by tomorrow, and I knew Roy was going to fuss at me, but I needed to finish the concert first. I only had 3 hours left, I couldn't just end the show now.
