"Wally!!! please give me back my paintings!!" You groan. "Uh uh, not till you give me back my tools!" Wally said as he kept running away from you. You hear him giggling. 'That puppet too fast for me! Probably because he's short.' "Oh! Come onnnnnn" You said, annoyed. Your voice is getting louder with every word you speak and the more frustrated you get, the higher it gets. Wally just laughs harder at how hard you are trying to catch up to him.

He kept running and running until.

"Oops-"

*Poof!*

Ow..

He looked up at you. watching your struggles to not laugh out loud. "Y/n.. it's not funny!" Wally said as he get up. You turned your back around as you covered your mouth.  He pouts.  "Hahaha! I'm sorry Wally! it's too funny for me to hold back!! Hahaha!!" You said as you wheeze very hard. His frown turn into a smile. He slowly started laughing as well.

Both of you put your arms around each others shoulder for support. "Ha.. HAHA! W-Why are you laughing!!" You asked as you try to regain your breath.  Wally still has a big grin on his face when he spoke. "Because you're so funny, that's why!" Wally said while still chuckling. The two of you look each other in the eyes as you laughed once again. Once you both calmed down, You let go of each other.

You wipe your tears away from laughter. He does the same. Once you stop laughing, you both look at each other's faces. You notice the color of Wally's cheeks, a mix of pink and red. Wally place his hand on his cheek and realizing that it's warm. "Aww.. It's adorable seeing you like this.." You said. You then realize you said it out loud and cover your mouth instantly.

Wally eyes widen. He looks at you.  "I... I didn't mean t -" Before you could finish your sentence, Wally cup your cheeks and kiss you gently. You blush bright red.

"I was hoping you would say that..." Wally said in a soft voice as he let go of your cheek.

He looks at his shoes shyly.   "Sorry.. I can be pretty awkward sometimes..." 'So cute'  you think as you giggle. You grab Wally's hand and start walking to a tree to relax.  He intertwines his fingers with yours and smiled brightly.

Your heart feels all fluttery from that little gesture. "Don't apologize silly. I loved it" You said. He smile even wider. You couldn't help but giggle.

"Do I still have to give you back your painting tools?" You asked.

"Oh no, You can borrow them for a little longer.." He said

"And my paintings?"

"Hm.. I think I'll keep them" he smirk

"Wally!!"

He chuckles as he started running. From neutral face to instantly an annoyed face, you chased him. "WALLY!!!"

I have noticed a few people are confuse if this story is a chapter or one shots. This is a one shot story but I sometimes do a chapter, depending how the story goes.
