The morning of September 8 Ei woke up feeling like shit. She did her daily things such as showering, cooking breakfast, and reading a book. Preparing to get off to work.

"Hiya neighbor! Did ya have a nice sleep?" Thoma her neighbor haves at her. "Yeah, I had about you? I heard a lot of loud noises are you ok?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. -he looks down at the floor- Going to work?" Thoma said not wanting to talk about the problem. "Yeah, I have to go early not wanting traffic." I bid my goodbye and left

The subway was fairly not crowded on a Monday. Walking into an abandoned building the elevator inside has a passcode. Every agent has a passcode. Types her passcode and went inside the elevator looking into the mirror she fixes her bangs.

The elevator door opened she step outside. "Ei! Good morning!" venti said excitedly I hate Mondays and I hate my co-worker Venti he has a lot of energy. I ignore him and walked to the meeting room.

"Come on don't ignore me like that!" he followed suit. "Your annoying we have been called to Zhonglis office I don't want to see your face." I walked faster

"Stop walking so fast!" Would he ever shut up? I knock on the door "Come in quick" Zhongli said through the door. We walked in and see Zhongli sitting on his chair and Heizou our lead investigator.

"We got some traces of the anemo cube" Why are we even looking for this cube? "I will send you two track it down" It's been always like this for months a dead end or fake news. "It's another fake lead?"

"No we got a sighting of this cube I'll send you the address and you can take a look at it," Heizou said. I better hope so cause I won't take another fake lead. "Finally some action! -Looks for Sara- Where Sara?" Venti ask

"She has been reported sick so she's not coming with you on this mission" Zhongli proclaimed.

We went to the location of an abandoned factory "Look at a window on the roof" Venti pointed out. "Let us go to the nearest building" Went into the building next to the abandoned factory.

We climbed down. Thanks to this new equipment our fall sounds like a light feather falling. Do we look into the window Cloked group with fox mask? "This seems sketchy.." Venti whispered I nod in agreement

I focus my hearing to find an opening. "We finally have the cube! We can rob a bank with this." one of the masked men said "Yes we could make the riches people in the city fear us!" the other guy said. I knew from Zhongli this cube is a hazard. But are people using this cube for robbing banks? Seems a little off. "Look a guy going out" Venti pointed out. Perfect

I took the chance to enter the man was facing the wall ready to relieve himself. Ew "Stop what you're doing bring your hands up" I commanded my gun pointed behind his head. "W-what are you doing? W-who are you!" Trying to get information out of me? Not falling for it. "I said put your hands up."

"At least I can zip up first!" "Make it fast." he zipped up his pants "Walk get me the cube." "N-no you cant it our cube we found it." He tried to reason with me. "I said bring me to the cube. Don't make me shoot you."

He leads me to the main room. I look to the window on the roof venti preparing his gun. "Now give me the cube let's not make this hard for you."

The man holding the cube "What if I don't?" His voice sounded smug. "I'll shoot your little friend here."

"B-boss just give her the cube!" "Yeah listen to your friend here." The man walked and handed over the anemo cube. "Here.." I smirked and took hold of it.

The cube flew back to the boss's hands he laugh. "really thought I would give it to you? Look around 1 against us?" He laughs. This bastard... I looked through the window. "I don't really wanna do this but you piss me off. VENTI!" Venti jumps down to the window what an entrance.

The armed men started attacking but Venti beat them up. I followed the boss. I pulled out my sword he tried to attack but I was faster I dodged him and went for an attack.

His groans "So sturn as always" A female voice said. Hes a woman? I don't like hurting ladies... When it comes to men ill kill them with no mercy but a woman?

"Pardon?" I said Holding my blade just in case she tries something. "Ei you are always so straight forward." How does she know my name? "How do you know my name..." She stood straight and removes her cloak and pink hair. She removes her mask. No, this cant be she was reported dead. Dead for 10 years... this must be a big joke.

"Miko..?"
