1. Get yourself out of bed. Off the couch. Up from the floor. Stand up.
This may be the most difficult step so here it is broken down:
1a. Clench your fists.
1b. Get onto your elbows.
1c. Sit up.
1d. Onto your feet now.

2. Give yourself a task in a different room.
Suggestions:
2a. Getting food.
2b. Taking a shower.
2c. Taking a walk.

3. Break that task down into small, manageable steps.
3a. It may help to write the steps down in a checklist.
3b. Small and manageable is subjective to you, personally. A step could be as big as frying some eggs, or as small as taking a footstep.

4. Execute step by step.

5. Now here's the important part: do not sit back down. This is my most common error point. From here, you create another task, another checklist.
5a. Maybe you call a friend.
5b. Maybe you go outside.
5c. Maybe both at once?
5d. The world is yours, and time is here to help.
