The wedding, despite the limitations on the alien planet, was grand. It was the first and last human wedding in Pandora. And it was to be broadcasted globally on Earth, and to the other human settlements on Mars and the Moon. The Earth's princess, getting married to, despite his colorful achievements and background in the military, a simple Colonel. It was an amazing status to have, being a Colonel, but compared to Viktoria... it was like comparing a rock to diamond.

Everything about the wedding was grand, expensive, and gorgeous. A dome had been built a distance away from Hell's Gate to be able to have an "outdoor" wedding. Well, as close to the outside a human could be. The dome was built in an island not too far but far away enough from Hell's Gate, attendees needed to travel by small boats through water caves that led to an opening in the island, or more like cavern. It was like an open lake and the dome was built over the land, the only source of sunlight coming from the small hole above the newly built altar. The cavern was huge compared to humans, there even a giant tree who's roots were wrapped around where the altar was built. The entire cavern was glowing in the dark cave, a magical place. The ceiling had glowing crystals alongside a sort of moss that Grace had discovered was a new discovery in the Pandora Plant Life, practically everything was new in the cavern island. The plants glowed day in and day out due to the limited sunlight, making its patterns and way of life much different than the ones in the forest. She had quite the field day obviously. There were limited guests as well on the island, the some of the ones attending were Quaritch's squad, Grace, Viktor, Adeboye, Ana Maria, Lauria, Ivan, and Makoro.

The best man for the wedding was Lyle, while Zdinarsk was the Maid of Honor. The one to walk Viktoria down the aisle was none other than Viktor, who had cried when he found out the inevitable actually happening. The priest was no where to be found obviously, no one had thought there would be a wedding on Pandora so no one bothered to send one. But the Pope was going to initiate the wedding via the hologram. Yes, the Vatican still existed despite the depravity humans had befell into all these centuries. The O'Connells were attendees to the wedding via hologram too. Mariell, sweet and feisty had grown older but still had her feistiness about her. She remained single and adamant about her disdain of marriage, still in belief that there was something deeper than marriage. Richard, immature and playful, he was still playful, still a bit immature, but he had ambition and a goal now. He had no belief in love and was aghast at the thought that his beloved older sister was going to marry some low level Colonel that, mind you, was practically the age of their father, a little younger version granted... but still undeserving of his sister. Hmph. While those two younger siblings had there opinions against the wedding, Michael was a bit more understanding despite his clear distaste of the realization that his older sister was actually going to be married. He had kept in touch the most with Viktoria throughout her stay in Pandora, and he had on more than one occasion conversed with the Colonel, had seen the little actions he did whenever she was talking to him and Quaritch would silently serve her her favorite English Breakfast tea with milk and honey, or serve her waffles and eggs. He had some understanding of the Colonel and knew that he was absolutely smitten with her. He was rest assured with him being her soon to be husband. He wasn't worried about himself or the two younger siblings, he was more about a certain person's reaction later.

The wedding was ready. The broadcasting drones had flown smoothly, surrounding the island, showing the humans on Earth, the beauty, the glory. Of Pandora. To the Na'vi the island was not too big, just an average island. But to the tiny humans, the island was grand, a fantasy, an island in the ocean that would become a beacon of importance in the future. And right now, it was the island of love, marriage, and new chapters. The whole global Earth was watching as the wedding guests slowly seemed through the water, in the dark but glowing water cave. They entered through the long cavern, it was quite, peaceful, and the water was so bright and dark at the same time, it glowed brightly with each water ripple, lighting their trails.
