Rue grabbed daes hand leading her into her bedroom doorway, closing and locking the door.

she's allowed to just lock her door without getting in trouble? dang her mom seems pretty chill.

"i don't want her in here so i'm locking this. no offense too her but she gets annoying"rue tells dae as she walks to her bed, still holding her hand.

rue sits down on her bed, dae standing in front of her not knowing what to do.

"sit down, or don't if you like standing better ig i mean u do u" rue says to dae while looking up at her.

dae sits down next to her as rue lifts up the blankets and puts them back down, the blankets then laying across dae and rue.

"wanna play roblox" rue asks dae.

"oml yes tf" dae says smiling and taking her phone out of her back pocket and opening the app.

they ended up playing roblox till like 8 at night. after they were done rue asked if she was allowed to stay over for the night and said if dae wants to she can.

i mean i'm already in double trouble might as well make it triple. i mean it's not like i'm gonna get a worse punishment if i stay tonight then if i go back tonight.

"yeah i can stay over, my parents are pretty chill they don't care too much."dae says mostly lying but it's alr. it's not like it's a bad lie.

"yay yay yay yay omg my mom said you could earlier so we can finally have a sleepover" rue says throwing her hands up in the air and doing a little dance.

"wait so do u like wanna shower? you can borrow some of my pjs sense you didn't bring any" rue asks dae.

"yeah sure just lmk where your bathroom is and stuff but yeah. also r u showing too i can wait till ur done" dae says to rue, completely forgetting about her face under her makeup.

"oh yeah sure you can just do what ever and i'll just come get you and show you where it is when i'm done" rue says grabbing some clothes out her jore and walking out the doorway, shutting the door behind her.

rue waited on her bed while scrolling through tiktok cause she didn't know what else to do and she didn't wanna be nosy.

soon rue came back in the room with a towel d for dae and led her to the bathroom, showing her where everything she needs is at.

"i'll just be in my room and i have clothes on the counter for you to put on when your done" rue said to dae as rue left, locking and shutting the door as she walked out.

as dae started getting ready to get in she remembered what was underneath all the makeup on her face.

oh shit oh shit aw man. why god why do this to me. i'll just say i fell. or i walked into a door while i was high. i do that a lot so it's believable enough.

as she stepped into the shower, sge felt the water hit her face. what she hasn't realized this morning is that there was a cut plastered in the middle of the bruise, which was now burning like a bitch.

"daum daum i'm dying" dae mumbled to herself as she put her hands to her face to rub off all the makeup that was covering the bruise.

after she was done and got out she dried off and got dressed. then she brushed her hair, watching her dead ass curls try to reform. she had never taken care of her hair, as she thought that was rich people shit.

she figured her hair could just half cover the bruise on her cheek and she could try to hide it until rue notices, which dae hoped wouldn't happen.

"guess who's back" dae said stepping into eyes room, analyzing rue as she was now in her pajamas with wet hair.

"i missed yo- wait. wtf happend to ur face" rue cut herself off as she looked up to see daes face. rue got up and walked over to dae, grabbing her rist and taking her back to sit down on her bed.

"it's fine it's fine, i was just a little too up there yk and i walked into a door. it was at school i'm surprised you didn't see me"dae lied, trying not to make it too obvious.

"why didn't it look this bad 5 minutes ago"rue asked, putting a hand up to her face and moving her hair out of the way.

"i tried covering it up cause i didn't like how it looked and i wasn't about to go to school looking like that."

"did you clean it or anything that looks bad" rue asked with a concerned look in her eyes.

"nah but it's fine it won't get infected or anything, it's fine" dae said grabbing rues hand and putting it down onto her lap.

"r u sure" rue said looking back at daes face, making eye contact.

"yeah yeah it's all good" dae said sarcastically rolling her eyes.

"we can just lay down now if you want" rue asked dae.

i hope she believed my story, idk why i'm even lying. it's not like it doesn't happen to anyone.

"yeah sure that's fine" dae said as they both leaned back and got comfortable.

dae layed down as rue put her head on daes chest. dae put her hands in rues hair as they both slowly drifted off to sleep.
