Kierra: ICPO is here! They're planning to nuke the place! Whatever you're doing... hurry it up!

"Well, that's one way to handle this mess," said Lupin, scratching the back of his head in a manner that, by Ruby's estimation, could best be described as 'stressed-the-fuck-out.'

Ruby didn't know what Lupin was talking about or why he was looking at his phone now of all times; she was almost afraid to ask. So, she didn't. But she couldn't stop trembling, and her gaze kept helplessly drifting back to the tower where Jigen and Goemon were dealing with Aderlass' thugs.

However, Lupin stepped into her line of sight, stealing her attention and her focus. "RuRu, honey... If there's ever been a time where we've really needed your help, it would be now! The only way to end this is to sing, Little Dove. We've gotta get into that vault. It's now or never."

Lupin gazed at her with that forever grin on his face. His dark eyes penetrated hers in a way that always seemed to steal her fear and bolster her spirits like nothing else could. And if Lupin could keep grinning when the bullets were flying, then rest assured, Ruby could do what needed done.

"O-Okay," she said, taking a breath. "What's the next clue, Lupin?"

Meanwhile, Jigen and Goemon were handling the small crew of thugs easily enough, but just when they thought they'd dealt with them all, more came up through the lift and filtered into the tower. It would appear these thugs had backup. There was nearly no end to them. Goemon and Jigen ducked fresh gunfire. If this kept up, they were likely to become overwhelmed.

"How many of these guys does Aderlass have?" Jigen grumbled.

"This is going nowhere," said Goemon with a grimace.

Gabriel Robinson's hologram flickered to life. "You appear to have run into some trouble. Would you like to initiate security protocols?"

Goemon and Jigen exchanged glances. Gunslinger and samurai were both on the same page when they looked at Gabriel and both called out, "YES!"

"I aim to please," said Gabriel with a flowery bow. Then, with an unnecessary snap of his fingers, which was clearly more for theatrics than anything else, several others holograms popped up. Five ginger-haired young men in striped-shirts flickered into existence. In stereo, five Rick Astleys began to dance and sing.

"Never gonna give you up
Never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you

Never gonna make you cry

Never gonna say good-bye
Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you..."

The dark-clad thugs all reacted with alarm. Instinctively, they fired shots at the holograms. The bullets zipped harmlessly through the incorporeal Rick Astleys, blasting apart computer consoles in a spray of sparks. Many thugs were felled by friendly fire as it passed through the holograms and took out fellow team members, which made quick and easy work for Jigen and Goemon.

Jigen grinned. "I think I found my new favorite song."

"Those who aren't Nazi scum, please stand clear of the door," said Gabriel. Jigen and Goemon saw the steel door was about to close and knew they must quickly return to the bridge.
