Peter was at home waiting for Gwen to call him if progress was made but it didn't happen yet, he begins to get worried he so tries to take his mind off it by turning off the TV. He watches the TV and it was an emergency news report about how Gwen Stacy was being held hostage on top of Oscorp tower by the Lizard, Rhino, Vulture, and Kraven. He was in shock was he opens his closet door and goes deep inside and takes out his Spider-Man suit, "Gwen needs me."
