I leaned in to get a closer look at the page. "That's strange," I said. "Why would someone be watching us in our own rooms? And where did the buttons come from?"

"I don't know," Fit said.

Fit and I sat in silence for a moment, lost in our own thoughts. I looked out the window, watching as the scenery flew by in a blur of green and brown. The rhythmic chugging of the train had a soothing effect, and I found myself starting to relax a bit despite the strange situation we found ourselves in.

"Do you think there's anyone else on this train?" I asked Fit, breaking the silence whilst I watched the scenery move.

"I don't know," he replied, shaking his head. "We haven't seen anyone else so far."

As we continued along the tracks, I noticed a change in the scenery outside the train. The dense forest of trees had disappeared, replaced by a vast expanse of blue. At first, I thought it might be a trick of the light, but as the train sped along, it became clear that we were now surrounded by the ocean.

I pressed my face against the window, trying to make sense of what I was seeing. The waves crashed against the side of the train, and I could smell the salty sea air. It was a strange and unsettling feeling, being trapped in this metal box surrounded by endless water.

Fit grabbed my shoulder, pulling me away from the window. "We need to figure out what's going on," he said firmly.

"If we wanted to get off the train I guess we've lost our chance" I quietly stress-laughed to myself.

As we turned away from the window, an unfamiliar man with a green and white striped bucket hat and blonde hair appeared at the end of the car. Fit and I looked at each other in surprise and confusion. Who was he, and how did he get here?

The unfamiliar person walked towards us, looking as confused as we were. "Hey, do you guys know how any of us got here?" he asked. He had a British accent. that was the first thing I noticed about him.

"No, we don't actually. The scenery outside just changed from being in a forest to being over the ocean. I didn't know train tracks went this far." I mumbled. "I'm Y/N. You?"

"Philza Minecraft, but you can call me Phil," he responded.

"I'm Fit." Fit waved at Phil. "I've been here for about an hour, I don't know about this little one." He gestured over to me. Phil nodded. I didn't focus too much on either of them, I just tried to memorize their names as I watched the cold waves splash as the train chugged ahead on the tracks which just barely lay on top of the water.

After that, I remember getting tired. "Hey, Phil, Fit, I think I'm gonna take a nap," I spoke. "I've been here since late last night from what I know and it's mid-day now" I took a glance out the window at the ocean. Phil nodded and Fit just simply said "Alright". I sat on the seat in the furthest corner of the train car. I rested my head on the window and slowly fell asleep.

-

The train was bustling with voices. Two of them were familiar, the rest of them unfamiliar. I'd wanted to go back to sleep. I kept my eyes closed, even though it was almost impossible to fall back asleep with how much everyone was talking. I soon heard a voice get closer. "Do you know who this is?" The voice asked, not caring to be quiet. Afterward, I heard Phil's voice. "Yes, that's Y/N. Let them sleep." The sound of the seat in front of the one I was sitting in made a noise, and I assumed either the unfamiliar person or Phil sat in front of me.

I slowly opened my eyes to see Phil sitting in front of me, looking at me with a gentle smile. "Morning, Y/N," he greeted softly.

"Morning," I mumbled, rubbing my eyes. "What's going on? Who are all these people?" I looked over at the person who I'd assume was talking with Phil. He had brown hair and glasses. The most noticeable thing about him was... the slime he had in his hair?

Phil motioned towards the others. "They're just like us, stuck on this strange train. We don't know why we're here or where we're going. But we're trying to figure it out together." I looked around as he spoke, the only other person who was familiar to me was Fit, who was talking to what looked like a bear and a shirtless guy.

"Who's that?" I asked Phil, pointing at the person he'd been talking with. He'd come and sat down at the mention of him. "I'm Charlie! Nice to meet you!" he smiled at me. I waved at him tiredly. "I'm Y/N." I smiled back.

Charlie leaned back in his seat, crossing his arms. "So, Phil told me you woke up to find yourself on this train. Do you remember anything about how you got here?" I shook my head in response. "No, I don't remember how I got here, but I remember what happened before I woke up here." At the mention of it, Phil sat up in his seat. "Oh?"

I nodded. "Yesterday I'd seen a commercial for this place called Quesadilla Island. my mom and I were looking to go on vacation for a long time, and that place sounded perfect, so I'd been thinking about it a lot, and then I had this- hallucination." I pulled out my leather notebook and handed it to Charlie. "The details are in there."

As Charlie opened up the notebook and started flipping through the pages reading the contents of what I had jotted down less than a day ago, another guy came and sat right next to me. He wore a yellow sweatshirt and a red beanie with dark brown hair. "Hola!" he waved at me. "Oh, uh- Tú hablas español?" I responded, freezing a little.

Obviously, the man didn't speak only Spanish, he had a very clear British accent just like Phil. The guy quietly laughed. "No, no, I speak English." he smiled at me. I breathed a sigh of relief and smiled back. "Oh, okay. Hi, I'm Y/N." I introduced myself.

The man extended his hand. "Nice to meet you, I'm Wilbur Soot." I shook his hand and returned the greeting. "Nice to meet you too, Wilbur."

Charlie looked up from the notebook. "Quesadilla Island, huh? I've never heard of it." He handed the notebook back to me.

"Yeah, it's supposed to be this really beautiful island of paradise or whatever," I explained.

Wilbur raised an eyebrow. "Sounds interesting. But how did you end up on this train then?" he asked.

"You know as much as me. Although, I do know that after all the button stuff some guy texted me to meet him at the train station at 11:40 PM sharp."

Fit perked up at that. "Wait, you got a text too? I got one too!" he exclaimed. "Me too," Phil added, looking at me with a curious expression. "What did your text say?" "It said to meet someone at the train station at 11:40 PM sharp. That's all it said," I replied.

"Que?" the bear with sunglasses spoke up. "Oh- you speak Spanish- uh-" I spoke, pulling out my phone. I opened up a translator to make sure I was correct in what I was about to say.

"todos recibimos un mensaje de texto para ir a una estación de tren a las 11:40 en punto pero no habia nadie alli." I spoke slowly, unsure of my words. The bear seemed to understand. "I'm Audrey, and you are?" I asked the bear." He looked back at me with a straight face. "Spreen." he responded.

I looked over at Phil and Fit. "But someone was there for me when I went," I said. "I don't know who he was, but he had black hair and wore a blue beanie, sounded like a pre-pubescent teenage boy," I said. Fit raised an eyebrow at that. "That's strange, I don't remember seeing anyone else when I arrived at the station," he said. "Me neither," Phil added. Charlie leaned forward, looking at me intently. "Do you have any other details that might help us figure out who this person was?"

I shook my head. "If we're talking about physical appearance, no. Most of his hair was covered by his beanie, he wore jeans," I said.

-

As we discussed what happened, Charlie stood up and sat on another seat on the other side of the train car. He'd looked out the window but still responded in conversation. We learned that the bear's name was Spreen, the Yellow jumper was Wilbur, the bucket hat was Phil, the slime was Charlie, the no hair was Fit, the shirtless was Vegetta, who I'd not talked to much at all, and the red hoodie was Roier, who I didn't even know was on the train with us. I kept repeating everyone's names in my head as I looked at each of them.

"Hey, do you guys see that?" Charlie mumbled as he pointed at the window. I looked over at him, and there was what looked to be another train parallel to us.
