(Y/N) woke up with a groan, feeling something heavy on her she looked down. Seeing Lo'ak still asleep brought a smile to her face. She softly traced her fingertips down the bridge of his nose before carefully standing up.

She looked outside , it was still dark but she couldn't go back to sleep anymore she was wide awake.

(Y/N) decided to do her usual morning routine, the only difference was that she was going to wash her face at the river after doing the rest because she didn't want to disturb the rest of the family with walking in and out repeatedly.
Arriving at the small river nearby she crouched down. She gazed at her reflection, the ripples danced upon the surface, distorting her image momentarily. As (Y/N) knelt by the water's edge, splashing cool droplets onto her face, she caught a glimpse of movement in the reflection.

Curiosity piqued, she turned around, only to find her younger brother, Neteyam, standing there, his youthful face etched with an air of defiance and discontent.
Now, (Y/N) saw an opportunity to reach out to her brother, to bridge the growing divide that threatened to tear them apart. Taking a deep breath, she called out softly, "Neteyam."

He halted in his tracks, his eyes reflecting a mix of surprise and annoyance. Reluctantly, he turned to face her. (Y/N) could see the conflicting emotions in his eyes, the hurt and confusion battling against his stubborn anger.

With small steps, (Y/N) approached him with a determined look on her face ,,I want to talk to you, Neteyam," she said softly, her voice carrying a mixture of concern and longing. "About what happened yesterday."
Neteyam's features tightened, his brows furrowing "(Y/N), I don't want to talk about it," Neteyam muttered, his voice laced with bitterness. (Y/N) sighed, her heart heavy with the weight of her decision she made the day before ,,I know you are angry but you have to understand, I would've have smashed her head against the ground if Eywa didn't interfere"
Neteyam glanced at her the corner of his lips just so slightly lifting up that (Y/N) would've almost missed it.

,,And Neteyam I know you would have done the same if you were in my position" Admitting defeat he nodded and looked at his older sister ,,You're right I should probably stop to dwell on that and on my mistake"
Shaking her head (Y/N) placed a hand on Neteyams shoulder ,,Don't say that it wasn't a mistake I would have done the same Neteyam okay? You were protecting the clan, your family. Your thoughts behind your actions were good ones
Neteyam smiled at his sister's kind words and put his hand on top of hers which was still sitting on his shoulder ,,Thank you dear sister"

As the sun began to rise (Y/N) made her way to Jane's hut, with the intention of teaching her how to ride a direhorse.
(Y/N) stood outside Jane's hut, taking a deep breath before she was going to walk in.
Let's get it done..
However, upon entering the hut, (Y/N) found that Jane was still soundly asleep in her hammock. She frowned in annoyance at Jane's soft snores.
She marched over to the hammock and grabbed it, giving it a sharp tug ,,Wake up soldier!" (Y/N) said sharply ,,We have work to do"
Jane groaned and mumbled something incoherent, clearly not in the mood to be woken up so early. With gritted teeth , (Y/N) proceeded to wrestle with the hammock until she finally managed to throw Jane onto the ground.
,,What the hell?" Jane exclaimed, rubbing her head as she sat up ,,Why would you do that!?"
,,You overslept" (Y/N) said with crossed arms ,,Now get ready we have work to do"
