Yesterday ended badly witch sucked but todays a new day there no good to dwell on the past.

Wilbur got up, showered, brushed his teeth, got changed in clothes appropriate with what there doing and finally left and went out to the kitchen and living room. He can hear Tommy's shower running so he got himself some water, he was ticing but it wasn't bad as last night luckily. He was mainly just head jerking and lip popping.

Tommy's shower soon turned off so Wilbur expected to see him in a few minutes so he sat down on the couch on his phone.

"Ohh baby. Morning Wil" Tommy said entering the room popping his lips.

"Morning Tom. How'd you sleep?" Wilbur asked turning to the boy who's tics seem to be not giving him a break. His face kept scrunching up as his head jerked. For Wilbur it would look to be a start of a tic attack. For Tommy it was normal. His tics where bad not going to lie, it's just not a sign of a tic attack yet. For him.

"I slept good. How are you after last night?" Asked Tommy. Wilbur smiled. "I'm good. Sleep really helped. Hey want to go to McDonald's for breakfast?" Asked Wilbur.

"Sure!"

So they where off. Tommy's tics calmed down with the music in the car and he just watchesd Wilbur amazed since he could drive.

Last night he couldn't even hold his phone and this morning he driving. It's so cool!

It was sad that he will never be able to do that. In time his tics could get less bad but there's no guarantee that he will be able to drive then either.

"Crash the car why don't ya!" He ticed as his head rolled back and he popped his lips a few times.

"That's for the advice but no thanks!" he joked dragging out the t in but. Tommy giggled. "Fine I think it was amazing advice but whatever" Tommy joked back.

Wilbur smiled happily at how they can joke about it. Most people just laugh at him or think he a freak. But since Tommy has it too he knows how to act and when it's ok to joke about it. He is so happy they found out about each others tourretts.

They drove into the McDonald's and Wilbur parked the car near the entrance but not in the disabled parking because one that illegal, two they don't need to be that close, three it's rude someone else may need those spots and 4 they where in the place where it would be the best when a fire happens that firefighter could easily access the building.

Going in you can tell both boys where nervous. The 19 year old and 27 year old chose what they want and used the self order thing and payed.

Wilbur got a sausage and egg McMuffin and Tommy got pancakes and sausages with maple syrup both boys getting a hash brown with it.

People kept giving them weird look's because they where both ticing witch bothered both of them. Even though both boys has had a diagnosis for years and tourretts longer the looks never get easier. Well they did from the start and now but they still are embarrassing and anoying.

Better then the looks 9 year old Wilbur got back when tourretts where less known and he had no diagnosis. Witch he finally got a diagnosis at the age of 19. Witch 10 years without a diagnosis is so hard! Yet the diagnosis just helped his impostor syndrome and helped him get into college since he now had a valid reason why he kept slamming his hand hard on desk and tables at school.

Yet it didn't really help with anything else. His tics whernt too bad that he needed to be medicated and he already had his divers license and was certified in first aid and cpr. So the diagnosis didn't help him much.

Tommy on the other hand benefited a lot from a diagnosis. His tics started at 10 and he got a diagnosis at 12 witch once he turned 16 doctors recommended he tryed some medication to calm them witch help him! He went from multiple tic attacks a day to one maybe even non. May not seem that good but honestly it was good. From at least 3 a day lasting over a hour each to 1 a day that last up to 2 hours and minimum 20 minutes it's a big improvement.

He might not be able to drive or use a knife but he can now actually do school and go out and do so many stuff his tics prevented him to do because they where so bad.

He can do so many things 14 year old him though was impossible for him. One thing that didn't change is the stares witch sucked.

They got there food and and sat down at a booth and started talking.
