Life never came easy for Perseus Gilbert I mean how could it when he was dammed from the start? Given up for adoption at the age of three alongside his twin brother. To being somewhat of an outcast throughout the entire of his life.

Percy didn't fit into one category...I mean some would call him a bad boy because of the fact that he wears a leather jacket, has tattoos and drives a motorcycle but that was just the normal for him and it always had been.

Perseus Ivan Gilbert was the oldest of four following behind him was his identical twin brother Preston who he was only 9 minutes older than. The two of them were like Fred and George. Often pulling pranks on their friends and families by switching places with one another and they had an undying bond with one another.

Following Preston was Elena who was sort of the golden child of the core four of siblings. She had the perfect boyfriend, the perfect grades and was an all around good person she barely broke the rules and followed the path their parents set from her.

Finally the baby of the bunch Jeremy who was a Percy wannabe. He wanted to dwell in the dark territory that his elder brother was on but couldn't handle the pressure that came from it. He tried using drugs but couldn't find a way to hide them, he wanted to be a rebel but couldn't find a balance between stupidity and actually having common sense.

The four Gilbert's each had their own selective personalities that often clashed with one another. But when their parents died it caused a stir in the household with Elena trying to be the mother of her siblings Jeremy turning into an emo dope boy.

Percy and Preston choosing to self isolate themselves from the outside world. Percy would paint to escape his own mind while Preston would write an entire story just to get a bit of freedom from the burden of their life.

Two vampire brothers come to stir up the life of Perseus Gilbert who had been one to shy away from the topic of love but when Stefan and Damon Salvatore set their sights on him there's nothing he can do to turn their eyes away from him.

Not that he wanted to.

Welcome to the official rewrite of one of my favorite stories it took me a while to plan some things out but here we are!! But first let's discuss something's.

This is not the same book as before!! Everything has completely changed minus a few things. Percy's character has changed to what I originally saw him as.

The things Percy found out earlier in the book he won't find out till later because it slows down my plot which means more creativity.

Preston is alive during this version because I want to explore the whole Gemini twins thing with them.

Percy's and Elena's relationship has changed but it will decrease over time. Because I can never like Elena for too long.

The first chapter will be up later today so don't ask!! I have two new books I'm working on that's got to be published around Christmas time so I'm flipping between those as well.

This act will either be as long as last time or shorter depending on how much episodes I feel like writing.

But other than that...Welcome to the newer version of Broken silence I hope you all enjoy it just like last time...I think this version is much more chaotic with adding Preston into the mix.
