the woman held up a thick storybook , titled ; ' Killer Thought ' . a novel Espresso and Latte had both grown to love in their back when they were both in youth ( so , basically , teenagers ) .
Espresso's eyes widened the slightest bit. " oh .

Latte shook the book a bit, as if to wave the memories back into her brother's mind. " ' so what ' ? we used to fight over who would get to read it for the 500th time every day ! it was a crucial part of our past . "
" it wasn't even well written , Latte . I mean , come on -- a comedy murder mystery ? surrounding pastries ?! it was basically a fan-fiction .. a waste of time . "
Latte shrugged her shoulders and set the object back onto the nearby coffee table, picking up her bag.
Latte : " I ' ll see you at the hotel , then ? "
Espresso : " of course . "
