Meryl: Jesus! What... What are you doing in here, kid?
Were-kitten: ( happily and innocently: ) Dada said that men driving car are my new dadas now.
Meryl: . . . ( Sighs ) ( snaps her fingers and a pistol appears in her other hand ) Okay, kid- Wait, what's your name?
Were-kitten: ( confused: ) Name?
Meryl: You don't ha- ( takes a deep breath ) Later, Meryl, later. ( Hands the flashlight to the Were-kitten ) Hold this. I need to call someone.
Were-kitten: ( cutely, as she held the flashlight with both paws: ) Okay!
Meryl pulls out her phone and calls Richie.
Meryl: Hey, Richie-
Richie: ( from the other end of the phone: ) MERYL! OH THANK THE SHADOW BOARD YOU'RE OKAY! WHERE ARE YOU!? DID THE WERE MOB KIDNAP YOU AGAIN!?
Meryl: Um... Actually I don't know. I am currently in a trunk of a car with a... ( Looks at the Were-kitten, who was looking at the flashlight with curiosity ) what I believe four or five year old Were-kitten. Who, I believe was given away to our capturers by her Dad.
Richie: What!? Don't worry, we are coming to say you! Reagan!!-
Meryl then hangs up the phone and noticed that the light of the flashlight is gone and she looked at the Were-kitten and saw that she no longer had the flashlight in her paws.
