Chapter 1: A Life Changing Meeting

Uzi stood wide eyed at the sight in front of her.

There right before her, stood a large group of worker drones, all staring back at her.

Some of the drones began talking amongst themselves about the new purple eyed drone who had just entered the colony.

Uzi looked at each of them and for some reason...she began to feel very nervous.

The purple haired rebel tucked her arms behind her back and clenched her hands, her face gaining a slightly shy look as she looked at each of the worker drones in front of her.

Lia noticed this and gently tugged at Uzi's hoodie to get her attention.

Lia: Mrs. Uzi.....are you okay?

Uzi: Oh yeah, I'm fine.

She looked back at the large group of workers as a voice suddenly rang out from behind them.

???: What's all this talk about a new drone entering the colony?

Uzi then saw the worker drones move out of the way as a male worker drone who appeared to be around her age walked through them.

The worker had green eyes and blond hair with a red cap covering it, he wore a red suit and red sneakers with white laces, a white shirt was under his suit. He also wore a badge saying "Leader" on it with what Uzi assumed to be his name written above it, the text reading "Thad".

Thad walked past the workers and opened his eyes to greet Uzi.

Thad: Welcome to Colony Delta-

Thad suddenly stopped as he and Uzi met each others gaze, their eyes widening as they looked at each other.

Uzi could feel her core heating up, but instead of feeling painful it felt rather....comforting, and unbeknownst to her a small purple blush began forming on her visor with the same thing happening to Thad.

Uzi had just met Thad but the moment she saw him one singular thought popped into her processor.

He was hot as heck.

Thad then shook his head as he continued his earlier sentence.

Thad: Sorry about that, welcome to Colony Delta newbie! What's your name?

Uzi shook her head before responding.

Uzi: Oh, I'm Uzi....and your Thad I'm guessing?

Thad: Yep, you probably read my badge didn't you?

Uzi just shrugged.

Uzi: I guess.

Thad then looked at Lia.

Thad: Who is this?

Uzi: Oh this is Lia, she's a child I rescued from the Disassembly Drones a while back.

Lia: Hello Mr. Thad.

Thad: Hello there Lia, it's nice to meet you.

Thad then gestured for Uzi and Lia to follow him which they promptly did.

Thad: So what brings you two here?

Uzi: We were looking for a place we could live and we were hoping this would be the place.

Thad: Well lucky for you, we happen to have an extra place open for the two of you, just follow me and-

Thad was suddenly cut off when N, V and J suddenly burst from the vents and landed in a pile on the floor, scaring the workers and prompting a few guards to surround them with their weapons pointed at them.
