Part 6: Water Hashira

Cold breeze blew past both figures as the swordsman questioned the taller, bulkier man.

JoJo stood tall menacingly, he was about answer the stranger when he was interrupted by Tanjiro.

Tanjiro: She's my sister! S-She's my younger sister!

Tanjiro stammered, nervous from seeing the man's katana had the engraving of 'Destroyer of demons' on the base of the blade.

Tanjiro: Nezuko!

The Growling that can be heard from Nezuko as she struggles to escape from Tanjiro's hold didn't help his statement, both struggled, with the swordsman just opting to stand and stare with an emotionless face.

???: You call that thing your sister?

Finally, the stranger speaks again, asking Tanjiro this time, who couldn't answer at the moment, as his focus was on trying to keep Nezuko from escaping.

Swish

Jonathan: huh?-

In a blink of an eye the stranger dashed past jonathan and kidnaps nezuko straight out of Tanjiro's arms. Grabbing her by the arms and putting them behind her in a lock, rendering her unable to do anything but thrash and squirm and growl.

Tanjiro: Nezuko!

Jonathan: *What speed.

Both were about to try and rescue Nezuko but were quickly stopped by the swordsman.

Emo swordboi: Don't move.

He warns them, as a gust of snow started clouding the area, caused from his burst of speed earlier.

swordsman: My job is to slay demons. Needless to say, I'm going to decapitate your sister.

Tanjiro: Hold on! Nezuko hasn't killed anyone! Back in my house there was another man there! He killed my other brother and sister! Not Nezuko!

Panicked by the man's words Tanjiro tried to reason with him to release his sister, and that she hasn't killed anyone.

Tanjiro: I don't know why or how she turned into something like that, but...

Stuttering again, Tanjiro was on the verge of tears as continues trying to reason with the stranger.

Tanjiro: but still...

Swordsman: it's quite simple.

Cutting off Tanjiro, the man reasons against tanjiro.

Reasonable swordsman: because her wounds were exposed to demon blood, she turned into a demon.

Swordsman: that's how man-eating demons multiply.

Finishing his sentence, he continues to stare stoically at Tanjiro. This only serves to fuel Tanjiro's desire to argue as he exclaims something that the other man thought was absurd.

Tanjiro: Nezuko would never eat a human!

Slightly angry swordsman: You gotta be kidding. Just now you were about to be devoured.

Tanjiro: you're wrong! I'm sure she know who I am! I won't let her hurt anyone! I'm going to turn Nezuko back into a human!

Tanjiro: I Swear! I'll heal her!

Remaining unmoved the swordsman coldly replied

Swordsman: She can't be healed.

Swordsman: Once you become a demon, you can never go back to being a human.
