Izuku and Aizawa stared at the sight with gaping jaws at what seemed to be the pilot of the ship sitting in the cockpit.
At first, Izuku thought it was a strange sculpture of some sort. It was frozen, and seemed to be staring into the the bottom of the tube, almost like it was a person gazing upon the stars through a telescope. It seemed to be morphed with otherworldly decor, almost blending in with the ship's architecture.
Aizawa and Izuku carefully approached approached the pilot. A sightless black eye stared at Aizawa out of the side of the head of this thing. He took notice of how its head closely resembled an elephant, but with a small trunk that ran down its skull.

Izuku: I-is it alive?
Izuku asked, feeling frightened from the pilot's appearance while Aizawa was absorbed by the alien figure. He leaned in closer to get a better look at it, and his eyes caught something strange about the pilot.
Aizawa: It's dead... looks like this thing had its chest cavity damaged by something. Maybe an accident of some kind.
Izuku got closer to get a better look. The pilot's chest cavity did seemed to have been damaged, but its ribcage was bent outward, and it looked like it happened not long ago due to the dried light-green blood staining its large body. It was Almost as if something bursted out of its body.
The two backed away from the deceased pilot when they heard a distant thud followed by loud groaning of metal coming from somewhere else within the ship. The two couldn't tell if the ship was settling in with the crash site, or if there was a survivor they had yet seen.
Aizawa was about to get off the wide platform until the floor beneath him collapsed.
Izuku: MR. AIZAWA!
Izuku screamed out when he saw his teacher fell through the floor, and down into a hole.
Without any hesitation, Izuku dived down the hole to find and rescue Aizawa.
The first thing he noticed as he descended through the darkness, was that he was surrounded by corrugated, damp walls. He couldn't tell how fast he was going until something wrapped around his waist and yanked him into a stop.
Izuku looked upward to find his teacher, Aizawa using his scarf to catch him and hold onto the walls to keep themselves from falling down any further.
Aizawa: Gotcha, problem child.
Izuku sighed in relief now that they were safe. The scarf pulled Izuku up to Aizawa and he quickly grabbed onto him.
