Chapter 2: The Modern Civilization from the Past

Y/N's PoV

Y/N: "You're a what!?" I shouted to the top of my lungs in surprise, not believing the words coming from the mouth of the girl that kneeled before me

Yasu: "What i said. As per my code, i will serve you regardless of the conditions, be sure i'll be here whenever you need of me" The silver haired bowed her head again, not seeming to joke about this

Y/N: "N-no don't you joke with this, ninjas don't exist, they're only myths..." I tried to tell myself that, not wanting to believe anything that happened today

Yasu: "We keep our identities a secret, and this time it's me the one revealing myself to you. As my Master, it would only be fair i do so"

Her devotion to keep her word was amazing, and the calmed way in which she spoke without stuttering...it was kind of frightening, beginning to convince me of what she was saying

Y/N: "I need to review what happened today..."

Yasu: "Allow me" Yasu stood up and reached to grab a notebook on my desk, taking a pen from her jacket and using it to draw something on it as she spoke, illustrating her sentences "First you arrived at school with your friends, then you met me at the classroom and talked to me, after that we went to have lunch and you kept me company, then we went back to the classroom and you stayed behind to do some tasks at the library, lastly you came to save me last second and gained my loyalty"

All of her words were illustrated with small drawings done by hand all by herself. I was more surprised by how she knew exactly how my morning went though...

Y/N: "...first of all, how do you know all that? Second of all, who were those guys that attacked you?" The last question was the one to clear my doubts and let me decide, if her answer did convince me, i'd have to believe that ninjas did exist

Yasu: "I saw you while arriving to the school and followed your path to not get lost, and about the ninja that attacked me...those were members from the Nariko clan, rookies at the very least sent to stop me from completing my mission" She explained to give an answer to both questions, setting the notebook aside and kneeling on the floor again

Y/N: "Nariko clan? Ninjas? Mission? As if i can believe that..."

Yasu looked down to my bruised knee where she had put the bandage on, crawling closer and putting her hand over it after making me feel a bit of pain from her hold

Y/N: "Yasu..?"

Yasu: "Wind..." A large gust of wind came out of nowhere in the room, beneath the bandage i could feel a cold breeze coming in as the pain from the injury started fading away, something had definitely happened

Yasu removed the bandage from my knee, revealing the place where the injury used to be at...only to show nothing beneath it, as if i had never even been touched

Y/N: "What did you..?"

Yasu: "My clan specializes in healing winds and illusions, i am an elite that can use wind to heal any injury sent here in a mission...though that's a side thing now that you are my Master" She threw the bloody bandage away into the trashcan, doing a perfect shot from across the room

Y/N: "I...i can't believe it, ninja are real!?" I was shocked to learn this truth, never would i have expected Sachiko was right on something of this sort, and specially i wouldn't have guessed ninja did have some sort of magic

Yasu: "We are real, though if possible, i'd love it if you didn't tell anyone"

Y/N: "As if i was even gonna..." Doing that would make everyone look at me weirdly, besides Sachiko probably...
