(0:00-3:26)
The air was cold and my vision was dark. The only thing I could hear was my own heartbeat thumping harder and harder. I felt in my pocket for anything in my pocket, and low and behold, a sharp lump of flint greeted itself by scratching my hand, leaving a small trickle of blood.
I reached for my axe getting ready to strike the small stone however, I realised I do not have a torch with me, meaning I had to navigate blind. I crouched down to feel the ground for any loose stone, only to be met with damp mud. Standing up, I was left with no choice but to walk blindly. I raised my arm to prevent bumping into anything and continued to walk in a straight line. Each step I took the wind grew warmer and warmer.
By this time, my eyes had adjusted to the dark, making things a little easier, however, the more I progressed, the more I could see. My stomach churned, and it almost felt like the wet floor was holding my legs down, but still, I progressed. The more I progressed, the less dark the cave became, I must be near an entrance. after a few moments of walking, an entrance could be spotted, depicting the dark sky and concerningly, smoke and lots of it.
(3:26-3:33)
For a reason unknown, I began to run, my heart pounding almost out of my chest but not from exhaustion. As I ran, the smell of smoke entered my nose and the heat of fire blanketed my flesh and fur and what I saw, was disastrous. Soldiers, thousands of them, lay dead. Ballistae, canons and chariots left burning and crumbling. The only one standing is a lone, male wolf standing frozen above the field of corpses and chaos, drenched in blood as the wolf slowly began to turn their head towards the frightened deer.
YN awoke from his daydream with a sharp gasp, his hand trembling. YN noticed and cradles his arm close to his chest, being sure to take deep breaths to calm himself. The only thing on YN's mind at the time, was questions "who was that?" YN inquired in thought "what kind of battle was that, and why does he look-" YN's rapid questions where interrupted by the sound of the small door bell chiming. YN in startled, snapped his gaze towards the entrance only to be met with a tall, thin and colourful she-wolf with the light of the outside sun bleeding through the entrance, as if she was a angel sent from high by the divine father.
(basic I know but there really aren't a lot of fitting images)
For a moment, YN couldn't look away, he had never seen such beauty before. YN quietly gasped, snapping his head to his table, as not to stare. The she-wolf speaks, "Wow, this is like those bar-thingies from those old fantasy movies, so cool" her thick accent stood out like the thorns of a rose. The sound of her footsteps grew closer and closer and finally, a creek to Y/N's right, an indication she sat down next to him. Yet still, Y/N's focus at the table, stood strong, unfortunately, it wouldn't last long.
The girl turned to face the young deer "you been here before?" Y/N faced the wolf, was she talking to him?
The young buck was speechless, nobody ever talked to him. Sure, Brok and Sindri did, but that's because they where friends with his sister, before she....left.
The boys face jerked a bit, realising he just got asked a question " this is... my first time coming here" the boy answered honestly, the girl chuckled slightly "Yeah, me too, the place is kinda cool, right?"
Y/N smiled to himself "Yes, yes it is" there was a brief silence for a moment, until the girl broke it with a question "Say, what's your name?"
"my name? oh right my name" Y/N thought to himself "My name is Y/N" The she wolf stretches her paw for a handshake " It's a pleasure to meet you, I'm Porsha".
Y/N stared at her hand for a moment, unaware of this strange greeting. " Relax, I don't bite" Porsha reassured.
"Uh, I apologize, what... is this?" asked Y/N, indicating the gesture.
" Wait, get out" the she-wolf inched closer in shock "You don't know what a handshake is?"
Y/N shook his head, not knowing what to say.
"well, all you have to do is reach your hand out like this" Porsha grabs Y/N's hand, closing it on hers "and shake".
"Well I'll be"
The deer and wolf turn to face the counter. "Miss Crystal, how you bless me with your presence, to what do I owe the pleasure?"
"wait, miss?" Y/N thought to himself. "Crystal, where have I heard that name before?" Y/N asked aloud.
"WHAT????" Sindi slams his hand on the desk in shock. "you don't know THE Jimmy Crystal?".
Y/N taps his chin in thought, "Oh, is he that wolf on those moving picture screens is the city?" Y/N remembered.
"You mean billboards?" Porsha corrected.
"so that is what there called" Y/N was scratching the side of his face, so much he didn't know about society.
" Your not from around here are you?" Porsha inquired.
"No, I have lived my whole life in the woods" Y/N answered.
Porsha's face went wide with shock "The-the woods?"
"Yes, and when I need, I do supply runs in the city fringes" Y/N explained "actually, when I am done here, I actually have some errands to do there"
Porsha had no idea what to say. "How have I never seen you before?"
"I prefer I go unseen, My parents where never fond of the city, They said it was a dangerous place" Y/N's eyes drop down for a moment, Remembering the last time he saw them.
"Oh, well" Porsha's back began to arch, he was right, and she knew it. "If you need, I can take you there"
Y/N's form perked up "wh- are you sure?"
"Of course, I've got my personal limo to take us there" Porsha explained with a prideful expression.
"I have no idea what that is, but it sounds good"
Sindri's face dropped in the table in embarrassment "A limousine is a long car"
"wow, that sounds, fancy" Y/N commented in awe.
"You should go with her Y/N" Sindri suggested to the boy.
Y/N turned to face the girl " I mean, if you would like too"
"Of course, we can go now, where to?"
