BACK STORY
Roisin is a genetically modified clone of an Ancient warrior race called Kryptonians. She was created by the smarter being in 3, arguably 5, galaxies Azmuth.
He created her as the guardian of the Omnitrix since his paranoid self did not think that it was safe even with all of the safety features he put in place.
Azimuth did not like his guardian having too many weaknesses like her Ancestors so he modified her DNA i.e. mixing her DNA with an Anodit's effectively getting rid of her weakness to magic plus giving her a magical potential. She can still hurt by magic but not as severely as her Ancestors. He also mixed Crystalsapian DNA getting rid of her weakness to Kryptonite permanently, leaving her only weakness to be a red sun.
Roisin knows all the in's and out's of the Omnitrix except a few. From a young age, Azmuth made sure that she was capable of her job properly so he had Tetracs teach her Hand to Hand combat and battle tactics while he taught her the scientific side of things as well as mechanical so she would not be too reliant on her strength.
When Vilgas finally found the location of the Omnitrix Azmuth sent her with the Omnitrix aboard a Transport ship headed for Earth with Vilgas on their tail.
