(warning, CUSSING‼️ SMOKING‼️ .. also this = you and this = other individuals.)
___________
"Fuck... Sorry I'm late Jason, I—"You spurted out your words rapidly in a hurry; yet quickly getting cut off by Jason., whom was your.. famous, amazing realtor. Who not only had the pleasureful side gig of being.. your very best friend too.
"No. You were late... Again."
He let out a cough mid sentence before giving you a look of pure annoyance and obvious anger, thankfully you were purposely quite oblivious.
"What was the reason now?"
"Well— I had to...uh, ..run— to get here..!"
Upsetingly spitting your words out to your realtor, panting was heard in-between your now slurred words. It was obvious you were purely exhausted from running all the way here. Totalllyy.
The painful knot in your stomach only increased as you saw the furious look on your realtor's face, not buying into your dumb lie.
"I've already had 2 other individuals come before us. And with your budget, you are not going to stand a chance if more people start coming and placing their offers."
Wow. Thanks a lot, that'll totally make me feeel better Jason, thanks so much.
"This apartment just got on the market too! So, chop chop. I know you're weirdly picky when it comes to this typa stuff."
"I am not picky, it's just not my fault you happen to find the worst apartments ever in history..."
You bitterly mumbled underneath your loud breathing; obviously pissed at him and extremely stressed at yourself and this situation. And Jason's unnecessary commentary wasn't helping at all either.
"What was that?" Jason questioned you with that obvious cocky tone in his voice. His head cocked towards you, trying to be able to look at your face. Although in response, it caused your vision of view to quickly change to the opposite of his.
And immediately focusing downward at the bland, concrete floor. An awkward gulp could be heard from you as you continued to stare motionlessly at the floor.
Yes. Great floor indeed, sooo interesting...
"Nothing." You managed to cough out as you stared nervously at the floor; your fingers fidgeting nervously with eachother after a few seconds of silence between you and Jason. And Jason was using it fully to his advantage.
"Exactly. Now c'mon, inside." Jason commanded you once again, signaling you to enter the apartment.
And well, once you did... Wow.
To say was it was wayy better than a whole lot of the other apartments you've been seeing with him, would be a gross understatement.
"This is in my budget?" You shockly commented; your jaw dropping onto the floor as you saw the beautiful details of the apartment interior. The colors, the windows, even the walls! Wow... No wonder Jason said to come earlier, jeez.
"Well, no, it isn't."
What?..
"I'm helping you pay for at least 1/2 of it. Because, frankly... Im going to say this as a friend.." Jason cleared his throat, getting ready to say another unnecessary comment. He rubbed the clipboard in his hands with his thumb before putting his hand on your shoulder with a big fake smile plastered all over his face.
