January 15 Sunday
No texts from James but a call from Mrs.Peterson. "Sweetie James feels like shit and he should abandoning you at your time of need."
"It's fine...really. I deserve it keeping that secret from him."
"No you don't. He wants to text but he's a bit nervous about rejection."
"I could never reject him?"
"I know. Boys their idiots. Just talk to him."
But it seems parents don't know everything. James is wise and he isn't answering.
February 16
"Happy birthday James."
I got up to go use the bathroom and when I came back I saw my phone had dinged. I jumped toward the bed and retrieved it.
"Thanks babe. What did you get me?"
I smiled at my closet door.
"Don't worry about it. What time should I come over?"
"Actually let me pick you up now I miss you."
"Ok."
I put my phone down and bolted to get ready.
Pulling my hair into a ponytail I slipped on a short sleeve t-shirt and some leggings. I no longer had to worry about what James would say. I heard the familiar honk and bursted out my front door. He was out of his car and when I saw him I ran towards him. "Happy birthday-"
"Just let me kiss you!" He pressed his lips to mine roughly. When he pulled away from me I got in the car and so did he. "I'm going to drive to a hidden parking lot and fucking kiss you senseless." James said through gritted teeth. "James-"
"No I feel like an ass do you understand that. You needed my help and I turned away." He parked and quickly fumbled for my seatbelt while I did too, trying to unbuckle myself. I crossed the seat sitting on him and kissing him. His shirt came undone. That beautiful button down. My shirt lifted leaving me in my purple lantern Disney Rapunzel bra. "This is cute." James said. "Why thank you." He continued to kiss me while I ran my fingers through that Luscious black hair.
"I have never felt this way about any other girl. I abandoned you." I shushed him with a kiss. "No James. I should have told you."
He kissed me again then handed me my shirt so we could leave the parking lot and head toward his house.
