After we all ate lunch together, the rest of the day went seemingly well. Callum and Nate are both in Criminology class with me, so we walked there together, and they seemed to get along relatively well, talking a load of shit about how they both have jeeps and then teasing me with how annoying it is to have a little sister. Que the eye roll.

Once double Criminology was over, we headed over to the fitness centre for Physical Ed. Now this is where the day takes a turn. When we are walking toward the centre, Nate mentions that it's supposedly a whole group of at least 30 students all thrust together and I'm happy when I see Kate and Connor among the group waiting outside the entrance. Kate waves us over and Connor nods his head at us all in greeting. As we get closer to them, I see Brad standing off to the side chatting to a few guys that he must know, his attention is on me and Nate though as we sidle up to our little group and he ends whatever conversation he was having and walks over to us. I send him a small smile which he returns along with a wink, the sort of wink that melts your insides and turns you into a useless bitch because your brain then doesn't function properly. I break the intense eye contact that we had going on to focus on the guys around me and that's when I see a dyed blonde bimbo bouncing over to us, her screeching voice calling out Nate's name.

I roll my eyes and glance at Nate to see his head bowed down as he pushes Kate in front of him in an attempt to hide from her. My brothers laugh at him, well Callum does anyway, Connor's is more of an amused scoff, lips tipping up slightly at the sides as his gaze ping pongs back and forth between Nate hiding and his ex, who's gaining on us.

"I don't know how you put up with that annoying voice for so long man. It does my head in." Brad says as he comes to stand at my side. I laugh at his comment because the girl really does have an irritating voice.

"Shut up, I'm not here." Nate whispers. At that, we all completely lose it and fall into fits of laughter because the guy seriously cannot hide, his over 6ft trying to cower down behind his sister who's just barely over 5ft. I don't know how he thought that was going to work out for him. Unfortunately, our laughter is interrupted by his ex pushing her way between us and standing directly in front of Kate, glaring at her. Kate glares back, hands on hips, not backing down whilst her brother is still crouching down, partially hidden behind her. You can see the top of his head and his wide shoulders but I don't think he cares, he's convinced that if he can't see her then she can't see him.

"Move out of the way so that I can talk to my boyfriend." Kate rolls her eyes at Stephanie but takes a step to the side revealing Nate who looks around at us all, cheeks tinged pink from embarrassment whilst his eyes plead for some help. It causes Connor and Callum to chuckle which then gains Stephanie's attention, she turns to them and looks them up and down multiple times as she licks her lips in a predatory way. Yeah, no, not happening at all. I move to stand in front of the twins causing her eyes to connect with mine, disgust taking place on her face.

"Nate, we need to talk. Stop ignoring me so that we can sort this out, I miss you baby." She whines, attention finally back to the main man, running her fingernails up and down his arm. He lifts his hand and flicks her hand away from him before taking a step back from her.

"Not gonna happen Steph, we spoke already, I'm done, we're done. Have been for months, leave it be and move on." He spits out. Her jaw drops in shock and she stands in silence not saying anything just staring at Nate in disbelief before turning and aiming her daggered stare at me. "You'd rather be with that freak?" She points her finger in my face as she steps closer, her eyes swivelling from his to lock onto mine. I just give her my sweetest smile and the twins take a step closer behind me which makes her falter for a second, she crosses her arms over her chest, stomps a foot and then turns and walks off. Childish much.
