(Readers pov)
I was walking to my best friend's house for a sleepover since she called me at last minute to come. I was walking past a alleyway when a hand grabbed my arm and pulled my in to the alley. "AHHHHH." I screamed before a gloved hand covered my mouth. "Don't scream or I'll have to punish you."he said as he pressed a knife against my throat. I let out a muffled scream hoping someone would hear it. "That's it." The stranger jabbed the knife In my side. Pain shot through my body as tears started to fall."Hey what do you think your doing."said a monotone voice. I looked up to see a black hedgehog with crimson stripes. The man dropped me as I started to black out from the blood loss. The last thing I saw were crimson red eyes staring down at me.
Shadows pov:
I knocked the guy out and picked up the (f/a) with sigh. 'Why are people always getting hurt when I'm around for me to save them...Why doesn't that faker do anything?' I thought as I ran home with her in my arms as soon as I got home,I placed her in my bed and dressed her wounds. 'She's pretty cute for a (f/a)..' I thought and blushed a light Pink,moving her hair out of her face. I heard a small groan escape her lips, as her eyes fluttered open revealing beautiful (e/c) eyes. "W-Where am I..?" She asked,sitting up slowly wincing in pain. "Careful. You don't want to open the wound and your at my house." I sighed looking at her. She looked over at me and blushed. "Oh you must be the hedgehog who saved me..what's your name?" she asked looking at me with a small smile. "I'm Shadow and you are?" I crossed my arms and raised an eyebrow looking at her. "I'm (Y/n) it's a pleasure to meet you Shadow." (Y/n) giggled,giving me a closed eyed smile. I blushed slightly and looked away so she couldn't see it. "Nice to meet you too. I guess you'll have to stay here until morning..so you can go home." I said looking over at her and meeting her gaze. "Okay.." she smiled soon standing up and walking over to me. "You know...your kinda cute~" she purrs leaning in close. "N-No..I'm not.." I stuttered turning slightly red. "Yes you are." she mumbled kissing me softly. I kissed back immediately wrapping my arms around her waist. The kiss lasted for a few minutes before we broke it for air. "W-Wow..." I mumbled holding her close. "Y-Yeah.." she blushed snuggling into my chest. "I think...I love you Shadow.." She mumbles looking up at me. "I love you too (Y/n)..." I kiss her head holding her tightly.
