After the defeat of All For One tge children of 1A had time to make themselves confortable with their new living quarters. A certai group of boys even found the time go create a joint Ultimate Move.
However, school was still school. The time for study group came around a they now have to choose an agency where they'd work closely to a hero, the hero's sidekick and possibly fellow students who also applied at the same agency.
It was an important decision and a hard decision to make for Izuku. That's why he turned to his menthor for advice.
All Might:Study work?

To Izuku's luck, he found both of them together in the living room of the dorm. Kumagawa was reading the new issue of Shounen Jump and (Y/N) peeked at it over hus shoulder.
Izuku:Guys...Can I get a moment of your time.
(Y/N):Midoriya? What is it?
Izuku:Both of you are study working at Sir Nighteye's agency, right?
Kumagawa:[Yeah, we started three days ago.]
Izuku:I was wondering if you could get me an interview with him? I'd also like to study work for him!
Both teens let a hum of curosity and turned to each other. The pale boy and gurl seemed to have some sort of mental conversation before they turned back to him.
(Y/N):Fine.
Kumagawa:[Ah, although there's him as well...]
(Y/N):Got it.
(Y/N) walked forward and opened to window, searching with her eyes the one they were talking about. She finally found the blonde with silly face.

Mirio:Okay!
The three led the curly green head toba large building. Mirio noticed the new boy's mood.
Mirio:Are you nervous?
Izuku:I... It's just...I know how Sir Nighteye's a very demanding person. Both for himself and those around him. I'm alwais frigtened when I see his deep frown on TV.

Mirio opened the door and the others trailed behind. Izuku looked around in awe.

They finally finished climbjng the steps and arrived at the office. When Kumagawa opened the door uncontrolable laughter was heard.
A blue skinned dark with dark hair and black eyes was tied to a table and continously tickled. Her name was Bubble Girl.

Izuku:What...
Mirio:Ah, that's Bubble Girl. She's Sir Nighteye's sidekick.
Sir Nighteye finally took notice of their presence. However, for now he only had business with one of them.
Sir Nighteye:Kumagawa, come here for a little.
Kumagawa let out a hum of curiosity and walked to the pro hero. He showed him a number of papers and asked for his opinion.
Sir Nighteye:So?
Kumagawa:[No, that's not possible. This is far from being Tomura-chan's brand of destruction. More than anything, this looks like leaving behind a message.]
Sir Nighteye:A message? So jt was the yakuza...

Right then Izuku decided to make his impression of All Might. Something he had worked entire years to perfectionate.
