Chapter 1: Im missing someone

Levi's POV:

It is currently 8:22am and I haven't fallen asleep. My nights are usually like that though. Insomia is tough. *knock knock* The door opened. I covered my face with my pillow before she could see me do it.

"Levi get up I know your not asleep" Petra said. I groaned as I slowly sat up. "Your meeting rememebr?" She said while putting her hands on her hips. 

"Yea I know, I'll be out in a sec" I said while rubbing my eyes. "Okay what will it be for breakfest today" She said in her usual preppy voice.

"Suprise me" I said as I stood up. She nodded and walked out. I stretched as I walked to my closet. I flipped on the light revealing a huge walk in closet with nothing but suits and designer clothes.

My name is Levi fucking Ackerman and I'm a buisness man. I started my buisness back in 2020 and it has grown to over 15 figures. 3 years is all it took for me to go worldwide. Well semi world wide. I got a flight to California to set up my buisness there in the states. I currenlty live in Japan. I was born and raised here. I am speak plenty of languages though including english. I got a meeting today about my trip to Cali. Petra practically begged me to come but I didn't allow it. Petra Ral is my assistant there is nothing romantic between us and there never will be. She has to say here to take care of the house and stuff.

After chosing my outfit I put it on the bed then stripped. I went into my bathroom and turned on the water. I went in the cold water letting it wake me up. I didn't get any sleep I never do. After washing my body and hair I stepped out and wrapped a towel around my waist and stood in front of the sink. I stared at the dark circles under my eyes. Holy shit... I brushed my teeth and blow dryed my hair. After I did that I put in some products into my jet black hair.

I put on my suite very carefully making sure not to crinckle it. I walked out of my room to the smell of french toast. I let my nose guide me into the kitched and sat down on the counter. Petra put a cup of tea in front of me and went back to cooking. I took a sip of it and let the aroma and warmth relax me.

"Eat up Mr. Ackerman" Petra said while setting down a plate in front of me. "Thanks" I said before digging in. Petra leaned against the counter while munching on some toast. I cringed as I watched the crumbs fall onto the white counter. She noticed my annoyance and rolled her eyes.

"I know I know, I'll clean it after" She said still eating her toast. I nodded. I looked around my kitchen and saw how clean it was. Petra is one of the few people who can meet my expectations of cleanliness. 

"So you got your presentation ready?" She asked me. I scoffed. "you know me I wing it" I said. She nodded her head and went to the sink to wash her hands after she finished her toast. After she did she wiped down the counter making sure to not let any crumbs fall on the floor but into a napkin so she can toss it away. After I finished my food I stood up to put my plate away. I turned on the water so I can wash it but Petra shooed me away.

"Go prepare, I got this" She said while putting soap on the dish and washing it with a sponge. I walked away into my room and grabbed by brief case. I stood in front of my mirror and fixed my tie a little. Then the doorbell rang.

"Im coming!" I heard Petra call out. I heard the door open and Petra greeting someone. I walked out and saw Erwin. "Hey you ready" He asked. I looked at my watch it was 10:00am the meeting was at 11:00am. I looked back at him.

"yea let's go we only have an hour" He nodded and gave Petra a hand shake before walking out I followed him and turned back around to Petra. "I got two packages coming in so make sure to si-" She cut me off.
