POV:
*four months later.....
michelle was on tour for her memoir "BECOMING!" she misses emmy so freaking much. she hasn't seen her husband and daughter in almost two weeks! that was changing today! the staff made arrangements that allowed emmy and barack to crash michelle's tour event tonight in LA. emmalin is officially 10 months today! michelle cried looking at photos of her little girl while eating breakfast. to make her feel her feel better she facetimed barack. "shhh...hi honey!" barack said softly. "hi baby, where are you?" michelle asked. "im at home!" he chuckled. "where is it so dark?" she questioned him. "cause em' and i are sleeping. last night was rough! she wouldn't go to sleep. finally around 4, she went." barack said. "aww, i miss you two so much!" michelle wiped her eye. "we miss you, babe! this makes know i couldn't survive parenthood without you!" he laughed. "ur so crazy!" michelle snickered. "well i wanted to call to wish princess a happy 10 months!" she sniffed. "10 months already! where did the time go, babe?" he kissed him temple. "i don't know but i wish it would slow down!" she pouted.
*later that evening..... the crowd is loving every minute of the show. valerie is such a great moderator. "what's your husband like as a father?" she asked. "barack is the best father a girl could ask for! he's loving, caring, protective, and supportive but most importantly he's present! he has never failed to show up for me and those girls!" michelle said. "so i have been told that we have a surprise for you!" valerie smiled. "ohhh really...." michelle said. michelle gasped seeing barack walk out on stage with emmy in his arms. she started crying. "AWWW!" the crowd said. "hi honey!" barack kissed her lips before handing her emmy and her flowers. "hi, my sweet girl!" michelle kissed em's cheek. "MAMA!" emmalin hugged her neck. barack smiled at his wife and daughter. everyone calmed down and took a seat. "well....hello boss!" valerie said causing barack, michelle, and the crowd to laugh. "hi val! what's going on here?" barack asked. "well as you know! your incredible, amazing, and talented wife wrote a book!" valerie said. "mama!" emmalin clapped cause the to "aww". "yeahhh auntie val is talking about me!" michelle said to her.
"hi emmy!" valerie said. emmalin smiled. barack laughed at her. "she's such a silly girl!" he bent down kissing her cheek! "so i know you heard your wife talking about you and how much she loves you but what about from your view?" valerie asked. "where do i start!" he laughed. "michelle is really everything to me! she's my best friend, my rock, my better half! barack said. "i have never met anyone one like her! here's a story on how our daughter got here!" barack said as emmy laid back on michelle's chest, sucking on her pacifier. "when left the white house we went on vacation too..." he paused. "psalm springs and the british virgin islands!" michelle helped him out. "right! well we were in psalm springs...i saw where tamron hall did a magazine interview about an unexpected pregnancy at 50! i look over at michelle and whispered to her, "this is going to be you!" barack said and the crowd laughed.
