I was on my way to school when Evelyn jumped up behind me.

We both laughed.
"Did you even sleep last night" I asked
"Nope, I was up all night"
"Are you okay, do you need me to call someone?"

"Nah, I was studying for the test today".
My heart froze.
"Uhm what test?"
"GSCE paper one of course".
"Oh Jesus I thought that was next week".
"Don't worry it's English and it's easy don't get so worked up about it."
By the time we finished that conversation we had arrived at school and Evelyn had ran up to give her boyfriend a kiss .
I kept my head down and entered the building.

The bell rang and we were dismissed
