ZOEY'S POV

We've got a trip to Berninah, which I think is just fake. It's on Wednesday, as I can't get off my wheelchair just yet.

Just two more days to suffer through...

Mike stayed in the hospital too, but sometimes he goes out and orders food for both of us, especially on mornings with his well-prepared breakfasts.

He'd go out of his way to come in and see me, talk to me and bring some water for me...like a caring older brother I suppose.

The nurse, Charlotte, too comes in often and reminds me to take my medicine. She's very kind with her patients. And I just learned, she's the same age as me!

I wanted to become a nurse when I was very little. I loved to help people when they're in a really bad dilemma or when they're down. And, I knew a little about chemistry and medicine science. I was always the top in school, along with Mike, Greyson and Phoebe, which is my other friend.

After a few more days on the wheelchair, I can finally stand up fully and walk.

"Are you feeling any dizziness?" Charlotte asked.

"Not at all right now."

"Great! With some medicine, you can heal in no time."

"Glad to hear. Thank you so much!"

As we exchanged our goodbyes, I've noticed that Mike didn't look happy. He's just smiling an inch.

Honestly, from that day Greyson got arrested, he didn't look happy when we talked to Charlotte. But I really didn't remember to think about it. I was really tired and sleepy. For now, we'll try and get tickets to Berninah and meet that creepy guy again.

As we left the hospital, I asked.

"...so, what now?"

"Are you feeling tired?"

"No...but let's take the train!" I said, somewhat eagerly.

"I thought we forgot about him."

"But I really wanna go."

"Do you have the tickets?"

"I thought you were gonna buy them."

"Ugh...fine."

We then headed to the train station that we came here from. It's not that far from here as I expected.

A warm gust of free wind blew like a breeze in my hair.

I sprinted to the counter before Mike, even though he's a pretty fast walker.

He paid for two tickets to Berninah and I noticed that the tickets were white. They look shiny, like they were polished.I knew something was up.

Mike placed his hand on his wound while we find a place to rest, expecting the train to come sooner than we'd think. There were nobody in that station at this time.

After a quick 2 minutes, the train arrived with a breeze that blew my hair.

We didn't talk at all that time. I was sleeping on the seat.

Some turbulence of the train woke me up from my deep sleep. Mike was still fast asleep with his hat tipped down.

Then, I heard a distant loud bang at the front of the train that surprisingly didn't wake him up.

As I lift my head and stand up to go take a look, the train had a mini-quake that caused me to fall to the ground. Thankfully, it wasn't really bad, but it did hurt.
