~5 months later~

I FEEL LIKE I'M BEING SKINNED ALIVE!!!

Sometimes I'm starting to doubt my decisions in becoming a slayer. It's about capabilities and inborn abilities and not being cool. And I don't have those 'capabilities and abilities' that my fav boi mc has. Like y'know good sense of smell, heightened sense of hearing, good eyesight and many more. I mean I'm just a mere human who got isekai'ed in this word.

And here I am being trained by the demon slayer who gave Muzan 7 heart attacks within 5 seconds...

Though, I was thinking that maybe...just maybe I will be able to develop immense strength like Yoriichi if I'll undergo his training...

"Get up kid. There's no use of slacking, no?"

...Wow he's as harsh as how good he was earlier...

I stand up begrudgingly, following his steps to the garden. 

"Now that we have improved your flexibility, we're gonna proceed to your senses. In your case, It seems that you have troubles in figuring out your special senses. So we'll focus on that for now. Follow me ."

I nod, understanding every each word Yoriichi said. I soon followed him to a rather steep mountain. I feel the air getting thinner and thinner as we continued higher until we reached its summit.

"Here. You see, this mountain is covered with traps. You have to return to me at the foot of this mountain before night, harmed but alive. Use the Total Concentration Breathing for you to be able to travel faster. That's all. " He spoked to me.

"WHAT?! I thought we're gonna develop my senses?!" 

"Yes. That's what we're gonna do" He deadpanned.

"But how the fuck am i gonna get through these traps without special senses?"

"By using your five senses. That way you could figure out which of the five senses you're going to improve. And while you're going down, try to heighten the sense(s) you picked ." Yoriichi replied.

...Clever clever. He got me right there.

"... Alright alright you got me there. Thanks I guess." I sighed, sarcasm lacing within my voice.

"Alright..If you have no questions, then I'll be leaving" He said, followed by him disappearing in thin air.

A few moments later

I closed my eyes, sighing as I thought of which sense I'm gonna enhance.

Out of the blue, I felt my head throbbing in pain that connects to my eyes. I feel myself slowly falling out of consciousness as I hit the ground with a loud thud.

3rd Person's POV

After a solid 30 seconds of being unconscious, Y/N finally got up after collapsing for quite a while. She looked around and noticed that her sight is clearer than a normal person could have.

She rubbed her eyes, thinking that her mind is playing games with her. But it turns out that its really her real sight.

She looked around the area, noticing that she can now see the smallest movement in the forest as well as see through things if she desired. Then it clicked in her mind that the headache that she experienced earlier made her eyesight this awesome. She can now see things within 20 meters radius from her.

Y/N's POV

After celebrating a little, I proceed on hiking down the mountain as fast as I could while avoiding the traps that I could see. And because of me being new to my now enhanced eyesight, I tend to sometimes forget that I'm now able to see a complete landscape of my surrounding, resulting of me wounding myself  due to me stumbling and bumping to things frequently.

After sometime, I'm able to reach Yoriichi in his newly made camp, alive and kicking.

FINALLYYY I CAN NOW SLEEP IN PEACE!!!!
